I ordered a pair of models from this seller as a pre order but I had to pay the full amount up front. The models are available from other sites at this point but I have note received the items from this seller. I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller using their online web form and calling them directly to find out the status and have received no answer. On November 18, 2023, I placed a preorder for a MiniArt 1/48 P47D25RE Thunderbolt Aircraft (Basic) Kit. The cost of the kit was $47.99 plus $9.95 shipping for a total of $57.94. My credit card was charged in full in November. At that time, the website listed estimated shipping as November. In December, this was changed to December. It stayed at December for a few months. I tried multiple times to contact the company via phone, reply emails, and through the "contact us" on the website. Finally in March I was able to speak to someone who assured me that the kit would ship on March 22, 2024. I have still not received my purchase. I've again attempted to contact the company via phone and email, but have not received communication in return. One time I spoke to someone who told me they were at a late lunch and unable to tell me any information.Customer Answer

Order placed and paid for March 6 2024. Has been numerous emails sent as well as spoke to gentleman on phone approx 1 week ago assuring delivery by end of last week. Am yet to receive product, nor has any further communication been from saler.Business Response

I placed an order with this company on 11/29/23. I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. After a week and not hearing anything further from the company regarding the shipment of my order I sent them an email. I didn't receive a response, so I sent a second email. When that went without a reply, I called and reached someone who said they hadn't seen my emails but assured me the order would go out this week. It hasn't. It appears that many people have experienced the same low level of service. I've now sent yet another email canceling the order and requested a full refund. Order was placed on 2 separate pp credit cards. At that time I believe the site said thank you for your order. And that was it. Never received a order confirmation with any kind of billing or shipping info, or anything showing what was ordered. I waited 4 days and contacted the company. They replied that they are not in until Monday and would look at the order then. That is the last I have ever heard from them. Sent 3 more emails with not reply. Have notified card company to charge back both orders. Have also sent last email informing vendor I will seek criminal charges of fraud and violation of interstate commerce. I placed an internet order totaling $45.50 on 10/23/22. When no order confirmation was received I requested a refund in writing on 11/03/22. This correspondence was ignored I requested a refund in writing again on 11/15/22. A year later my order is still open and numerous requests for a refund have been ignored.
