      *** was very informative and professional on how to use my oxygen with my c pap machine. He answered all my questions and was very prompt in showing up on time. Im still waiting for someone to set up a pick up time on another companies machine. I also wasnt put on hold for twenty minutes to speak to someone. Thanks again. Im glad I switched companies!

      Insurance is not eligible for the wheelchair and leg rests what the heck does that even mean? They refuse to put it through Insurance in hopes that youll end up paying cash. Do not give a dime to these scammers.

      My husbands machine broke on the way from ******* to *************. Called our local company and they arranged for a new machine when we arrived at our hotel. So pleased with the service.

      Picked up Bipap machine today and it went flawlessly. The technician Lady that helped me was very professional and kind and answered my questions completely.Very professional office indeed.I am glad to do business with them.

      Wow! I needed a concentrator for travel by air. How quickly and easily this was taken care of. Chris came out today and was exceptional. He explained how it worked and how to properly use it. He explained every light, every button. I could not have asked for more. Thank you, Chris for your understanding, care, and compassion. You are way more than 5 stars. 100 stars!!!!!!! Everything was taken care of perfectly!!!!

      Cost of services provided are too high; lack of detail on invoices (what are the monthly fees for) is a big problem; impossible to get them to honor my request to cancel my account and delete my *************************** company provided me my BI-PAP machine and supplies until I paid off my "lease". Since that time, I have made several attempts to have them stop billing me, cancel my account and delete my data. I was never able to escalate my request to any customer service department. I was only able to talk to an off-shore call center that dealt with ********. I did get someone who was helpful (3rd attempt) who explained that I had signed up for a 3-month "subscription" in May to have my data monitored (completed this month).The lack of transparency, the lack of customer care, and the disregard for repeated requests via their "email submission for call-back" makes me think that they don't care anything about the customer but only ******** sleep provider looked at the monthly charges from AdaptHealth and said: there are cheaper alternatives. (Taking my SD card into them prior to my annual appointment will save me hundreds of dollars per hear!)I would have filed an official complaint against them, but I do not plan on filing a lawsuit. I just want to make others aware of my poor experience. Be wary of them. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.BTW - I am still waiting on them to cancel my account and delete my data.

      The Adapt Health personal were courteous and efficient although over worked and under staffed. Congrats to their professional demeanor and empathy of personal situation of family.
