    I paid to take the National Radon exam with a PSI testing site. I had taken the exam using PSI before. I signed up and paid online. When I went to schedule the exam I found out PSI no longer offers the exam I needed. I then emailed them (May 1st, 2022) to please give me a refund. They asked me to call them and schedule the exam. I called them and finally they recognized that they do not offer the exam and said I would get a refund in 7-10 business days. I have not received a refund as of yet. I emailed them again (May 18th ?) asking where the refund was. I was told 7-10 days. I emailed back saying it was already past 7-10 days. I was then asked for personal banking information so I would be given the refund. I said no. They already have my credit card info from when I paid and they are to use that. Sorry but it sounds like a scam to ask for my banking info. HELP. I am out $140 and PSI is not issuing me a refund as agreed upon. I have the email chain of the correspondence that I can forward to your organization.
