    I've owned three different Apollo Neuro devices over the last 2 years. This is my third device I've owned in this time period, and the battery on this one stopped charging correctly and is malfunctioning. It only lasts 2.5 hours now, (it's said to last 5-8 hours). Every Apollo Neuro device I've owned, including this most recent device, have either malfunctioned or broke, either within the warranty period, or just a few weeks outside of it (conveniently for them). Apollo refuses to repair, or even offer any kind of significant discount to make a purchase of a new device. They expect me to purchase four devices in 2 years. The devices are $400! A 15% discount is meaningless, and that was their only offer even after escalation to customer service management. These devices are clearly not made to last, despite Apollo Neuro telling you to use them everyday for several hours. I'm extremely disappointed in their poor customer service and complete lack of empathy for someone who's disabled like I am. I am seeking a full replacement (refurbished is fine), repair, or 50% discount for a new device.

    The warranty provided by Apollo Neuro is illegal. Apollo neuro has a disclaimer of all implied warranties of merchantability. Additionally, all warranties are disclaimed past 1 year. This disclaimer violates two major laws. The first is Pennsylvania law. Specifically, UCC Article 2-316 which sets guidelines for disclaiming an implied warranty of merchantability. The disclaimer was not conspicuous and if they argue it applies after I saw the warranty, I am within the warranty period and have been denied. The second law that is violated is Federal law. the Magnusson Moss Act. This act limits online retailers from disclaiming warranties that are unreasonable. Based upon Case Law in the 3rd circuit and Pennsylvania courts, it is considered to be unreasonable for electronics of this price to not be able to charge after 3 years of use with 1) no ability to repair and 2) normal use. I respectfully request a replacement.

    My Apollo neuro broke and the company was very gracious in sending a new one. I got confused and thought I had to place another order so I did. Now I have two and I am being charged for two. I only need one apollo neuro! I have been emailing them within their site (it's not an outside email that I can save) for 3 months, and no one has responded or told me how to rectify this situation. I am at the point where I am exhausted from trying to contact them.

    The customer requested a refund on April 15, 2022 and the refund was processed on April 21, 2022. The customer has since re-ordered. The customer has emailed our company a few times since, but in every instance, the customer stopped responding to our emails. 

     

    We are more than happy to continue working with this customer to resolve any problems they may be experiencing.
