  Bought devices in Jan 2024. Device always had trouble connecting. Customer service could not help. Latest update to firmware has bricked my device. After a lot of back and forth with support again I now have to wait for another update to the app. $400 for a device that is supposed to help stress that only causes it. Now I have a glorified broken electronic device for bracelet.DO NOT BUY. RUN FAR AWAY.

  This is NOT about product performance as i have been using it only 1 1/2 months. I have read other customer complaints to BBB, most on faulty device function; ALL describe a company with serious QUALITY CONTROL issues and zero customer satisfaction skills. The consensus is a company whose only goal is making AS MANY SALES AS IT CAN! My complaint is based on lack of a in house medical reply to two legitimate MEDICAL QUERIES. I sm a retired physician and diabetic. I need MEDICALLY SOUND explanations, NOT the ridiculous hyped up effect claims made by customer service reps who experience almost miraculous responses. I was reassured a member of rhe company’s in house medical “team” would be in contact as my concerns were personal regarding use of this device AND ACTIVE. No one with medical background contacted me by email at least. I called customer service again and told to ask my own doctor. NONE OF MY TREATING DRS KNOW ABOUT THIS DEVICE. I should note customer service give superficial answers to basic use questions which makes them appear amateurish. IN SUMMARY: I am s doctor who purchased a CLAIMED research supported medical device w CLAIMED In house medical feedback. THESE UNFORTUNATELY ARE JUST MARKETING CLAIMS! This company is antagonistic to customers over warranty! I have NO idea what HARD SCIENCE research has valldated its many therapeutic claims in this device IN DEVELOPMENT, ONE YR POST LAUNCH, AND ONGOING. My experience suggests a company LIGHT on science w ZERO MEDICAL SUPPORT and relying on superficially trained lay support. Their agenda is clear: MAX SALES AND EARNINGS based on a created medical image that is only a manipulative mirage.

  The Apollo Neuro device has been a life-altering device for me! I have been wearing my device for 13 months now. Before using the device, I was at my wits' end in coping with *** (Diabetic Autonomic Neuropathy) issues. It was so frustrating to have to stop and rest walking down the stairs in the morning; it was so frustrating to have my wife butter my toast and pour milk into my coffee - because I simply did not have the energy or strength to do so. I could no longer walk around the block - I would have to call home for a pick-up! I could no longer do 15 km bike rides around the neighbourhood.I had no energy reserves at all. My doctor suggested I resort to living in a wheelchair!My sleep was erratic, at best! I saw the Apollo Neuro ad on the **** news site, and after reading up on its effects on sleep, I purchased the device.For me, the rest is remarkable history. Using its "sleep and renew" and "clear and focussed" programs, I discovered that my debilitating *** had disappeared within three days of wearing the Apollo Neuro device! This I was not expecting. My doctor expressed amazement! The neurologist is still baffled by my abrupt turnabout. I am ecstatic. I can pick up my granddaughter without fear of dropping her! I can walk downstairs without tiring out; I can butter my toast and pour milk into my coffee - on my own! And I go on long walks and bike rides without calling for help to get home.To be sure, the improved sleep aspect came slowly. I now sleep uninterrupted for 6 -7 hours a night.The support staff at Apollo Neuro have been excellent! They have been ever helpful in promptly answering questions I have had.As I said earlier, Apollo Neuro has been a life-changer for me! The *** has not returned!

  If I could give this company zero stars, I would. In February of 2022, I purchased an Apollo Neuro device, excited to see if it could help with my sleep and depression issues. It mostly worked, until December 2022. I contacted customer support, and after getting the run around for a month with the same instructions that didn't resolve the issue, they decided to replace the device. I received the replacement a week ago, and it doesn't work. I'm having the same issues I had previously. I have again contacted customer support, and so far have not received any helpful information - they are providing instructions I have already attempted multiple times. I originally requested a refund when the original device stopped working, but apparently they only offer refunds up to 30 days from purchase, so my only option was another device....which doesn't work. They have my money, and I have nothing of worth from them. Sounds like theft to me. Do NOT purchase anything from this company, you will literally be throwing your money away.
