    I have lived in a property managed by Property Management Masters LLC since 2021. I have had (as of today) 43 repairs needed while living in this property. These repairs cover serious issues ranging from a gas leak-where a plumber confirmed my has line was hooked up incorrectly-to my house raining inside for months every time it rained outside. At one point, there was even a hole in the middle of my front porch so large that I could fit my entire arm through it. It was finally repaired after six months when I turned them into the borough. Currently, I have a toilet that is leaking and has been since September. American Water came to my house and verified that I have a leak and it has been leaking EVERY DAY for months. My sewage and water bill have tripled. ************** gave me a 41 page report verifying the leak that I sent over and they still will not repair it. During Christmas, PPM threatened to evict me. I pay my rent on time (they frequently add late charges even when my rent was paid while in advance). My lease ended in September and they never sent me a new lease. When they did, they told me that I had to sign a backdated lease and I owed them for back rent. When I told them that I refused to sign a document like that, I was threatened with eviction and lawyers fees. PPM is a slumlord. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to bully paying tenants. I have also never encountered such rude people like ******* that works in their office. During Covid my house was placed for sale. I have three children and asked that showings were when my children were not home due to covid. I was told that by ******* that she can come into my house anytime she wants. I am a paying tenant and I have rights in my home.

    I had a great experience renting with Property Management Masters. I found a rental in ********, ** and stayed there 3 years. I had prompt responses for any repairs and the work was completed timely and to my satisfaction. I even had an emergency water break at my washing machine line, and it was taken care of immediately. I had a fantastic owner of the building that cared about her property.

    ********************* is terrible I rented from him for a year my apartment was raggedy ceiling started falling in a month after I moved in he wouldnt fix leaks in the ceilings he just switched out the towels the apartment building was infested with mice because of the cracks at the bottom of the wall apartment was just all around bad built he is money hungry and after I moved out they harassed me. Dont make the same mistake I did and rent from him !
