  This company is a scam- they are stealing people ideas and money they are incapable of providing you with whatever you pay for do not submit your idea with them its a fraudulent organization and scammed of me of $8k

  These people are scam artist. They are money hungry thieves that do not care about your ideas. One in particular that Ive been dealing with in *************************, hes extremely rude, unprofessional and will only help you if your spending money.

  I hired Davison to bring my invention to market. Initially, I was satisfied with the company. After several months, and after paying $9,000.00 to them, it was clear to me that nobody at Davison was working on my project. Basic drawings of my project weren't done.I dealt the whole time with *****, V.P. of new product development. We had rare conversations about my product. He told me things I knew were lies.After many months of hearing nothing, I contacted *****. He tells me that his company couldn't go any further till I signed off on something. Why wasn't I ever contacted?Three weeks ago, I contacted *****. He told me about the "limbo", and told me he would send pictures in the mail, and call me in a week. The pictures finally arrived after 3 1/2 weeks, and he still is yet to call.Like I said, it's obvious to me that nobody from Davison is working on my project. What I recieved in the mail were 2 basic drawings. That's 9 months after starting my project.I would like some money back from Davison, as it's clear they haven't spent much on my project.Realizing Davison's incompetence after many months, I hired another company to design, and promote my invention. I have a nice website, sell sheet, and video to show to manufacturers. My invention has been submitted to different manufacturers.I no longer need Davison's services, and again, I'd like at least 60% of the money I paid refunded.

  I would give them a Zero but I could not so they get one star. Davison is the most dysfunctional business I have ever dealt with. They made mistake after mistake, over and over again. Customer service is non existent, they have zero internal communications and absolutely inoperable strategies for success. AWEFUL!!!!!

  To Ms. ***** *****; You have been a valued client and Davison takes your concerns seriously. A review of your file indicates that the services provided to date have been completed with your express written approval and authorization. Further, the performance of services met with your documented satisfaction. There is no factual basis for your comments. From the time of an initial contact, through the research and development of a new product idea, to the presentation of a client’s product sample, we try to maintain an open channel of communication, disclosing our services and fees upfront and securing our clients’ approval and authorization throughout the process. Before any person is able to submit their idea through Davison’s website, they are provided with, and must acknowledge having received and read, two disclosure statements. The disclosures are provided in a printable and savable format and provide, among other details, a listing of all services offered and their related fees. It is not possible to be more upfront with potential clients about the fees and services. Following your acknowledgment of the disclosures, you entered into an agreement for Pre-Development services which obligated Davison to compile research data related to your product idea. Davison completed the Pre-Development services and the compiled research was provided to you. Apparently satisfied with the service, you entered into a second contract for a wide range of services including the design and creation of a sample and presentation material and presentation of your product idea to a number of corporations. During the course of performing the services, you provided your signed approval of the design and your signed authorization to make the presentations. Further, you completed two questionnaires about the process in which you provided nothing but positive feedback. Unfortunately, no corporation has yet agreed to license your idea. As detailed above, the services provided to date have been with your express written approval and authorization. While it is unfortunate that your product idea has not yet been licensed, the simple truth is; there is no guarantee that a particular product idea will be licensed. Davison goes to great lengths to disclose the risks to all individuals who may submit an idea for a new product. In addition to disclosing all of its services and fees upfront, the historical success rates of securing a license and of realizing a financial gain are provided. The contracts for services repeatedly provide disclosures that there is no guarantee that a product will be licensed, or that a client will realize a financial gain. The reality for most individuals is that their product does not get licensed. When faced with an outcome not meeting their unrealistic expectations, too many clients forget that they knowingly undertook a risk after being fully informed of the risk by Davison. Instead, they lash out, relying on a mistaken belief that their product ideas were special and should have prevailed where others did not.
