2 starsSo I have used *** **** moving three times in 10 years this last time number three will be the last. They were not motivated they were not very personable they did not use tarps they did not look out for the stuff my furniture I had five pieces damaged they didn't unwrap the beds from the plastic they didn't put the mirror back on the dresser they were on time I tipped them $50 each and I shouldn't have but I did. They smelled a little like pot too. If you're going to hire young unprofessional kids you need to put them with a professional that can teach them right. And I recommended several people to this company. Not again. I will follow my complaint and we'll see what happens. Sorry I meant to leave 1 star.Review fromPamela B

5 starsI have used *** **** moving company 15 years ago and was so impressed that November 7th 3025, I found myself having to move again. I called *** **** and within a week secured a moving date within a week of finding new home. The 2 young men that assisted me were excellent and professional: Taizion and Shae! During a very difficult time in my life- divorced, and disabled, they made this difficult time much easier! I am so thankful and highly recommend this moving company! ****** ****

They packed our kitchen and China cabinet items with exceptional care. Special attention not to damage floors, walls and doors at the old and new residences. 5 starsThese guys are rock stars! I've moved many times and have never seen such a fast, efficient and respectful operation. They were extremely careful with my furniture, lamps, etc. And all three guys were friendly and fun. They are not cheap but they were worth every nickel.

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are the worst. I used them to move and they are negligent, incompetent and unprofessional. They came recommended to me by another moving company that wasn't available on my required dates. I had a large house with nice furniture to move. Their movers are young, untrained and unmotivated. We felt like they were scoping us out for a future late-night visit. When they delivered our furniture, they said things like . you have a lot of nice stuff, where did you get it? and you have a lot of boxes with electronics!Then they proceeded to unwrap all the upholstered living room couches and dining room chairs in the truck and carry them in the house with their dirty hands leaving all with dirty grease handprints that required us too professionally ********* of the workers unclamped a marble top table from the back of the truck. The table weighed over 400 lbs and proceeded to roll off the truck and land on top of the mover and crack into 3 pieces. He was told not to touch the table by the lead driver. They proceeded to get into a yelling match on our street using profanity for all my new neighbors to see, before I came out to stop them from *******. They continued to drag my furniture across gravel and concrete damaging and scratching the finishes. Not to mention the damage they did to the walls and doorway. I contacted the owner, and he said he would investigate it. He put me in touch with a person within the company to process a claim. He wouldnt return my call, and she said its not covered because it wasnt professionally packaged. THEY PACKAGED IT! They want me to have it repaired. The damage was caused by their negligence. They are a terrible company and I wouldnt trust them or recommend them to anyone!!!

As is standard practice in the moving industry, when damage occurs, our claims process begins with an inspection and repair estimate. In this case, a professional estimate confirmed that the table could be repaired. Although you expressed a preference for a brand-new replacement, industry regulations and valuation coverage require that if an item can be restored to its original condition, reimbursement is limited to the repair cost. For that reason, we issued payment to cover the full repair estimate.We understand this resolution did not align with your expectations, and we regret that you feel it was insufficient. Please know that at no point did our team intend for you to feel disrespected or mistreated, and we take your concerns seriously. 5 starsOur moving crew was great! *****, Memphis and Kaine were very respectful and sensitive to our moving requests. They did everything we asked them to.They showed up ahead of schedule and were very professional. Also booking the job online was very easy and calls made to **** were very helpful.Regarding procedures for billing at the end of the move however did not make me feel comfortable.First everything was done on an iPad which I did not like, and you had to sign off on many pages without being able to read them fully even though ***** was explaining as we went along.This should have been forwarded to me prior to the move so I could have read it more thoroughly. Additionally, no copy was given to me nor emailed immediately, I had to ask for a paid receipt and followed up Monday morning via phone message to receive ****** addition, a "tip" page was included in the signing off procedures. I was taken back by this. The customer should not be pressured to "tip" workers through an electronic device as part of the agreement. It makes me wonder if the workers would receive the total amount or not. Plus, if one is offered it should not be subject to tax. At any rate it is up to the customer to decide if they want to reward the workers with a tip not the employer through company programed software.I feel if these things are corrected by the company, it would make the customer feel totally at ease. After all ********************** is stressful enough without the additional hoops to jump through.

5 starsHighly recommended! This was the second time we have used *** **** in the past 5 years. The packers and the movers were efficient and quick! All of the boxes were put in the designated rooms, they set up the beds and were so careful moving our grandfather clock. We packed many boxes ourselves and they transported them and saved us $$!
