I am writing this review on behalf of my son who is the Autism Spectrum and is looking for a job as a food service worker. We saw an opening for him at a hospital (near our home) whose food service is run by Aramark.Aramark's AI Assistant (*****) scheduled a phone interview for him. It kept him updated on when his interview would take place. We have set aside time so that he could be prepared to do the telephone interview. Unfortunately, when it came time for the interview, no calls arrived. It has been been a frustratingh experience for my son. When we tried to inquire as to why no calls were made, the AI assistant kept giving us the run around. There was no telephone number or actual live person to talk to. At this time, using AI to streamline costs and efficiently are definitely not working. This makes the process for trying to get people witih disabilities to work not high on the list of priorities.************* boards and hospitals take inclusion matters into consideration when contracting out their services to companies like this.Review from joshua o

complete frauds. Horrible service and when we tried to cancel contract they are trying to extort my company for $17000. Will be in a legal battle from here on.Review from Robin M

May I rate Aramark Uniform Services lower than 1 star - They are the most unethical company in the industry! Charging for service NOT performed - and having the nerve to charge for a "No Show" and refusing to credit my company! I would absolutely NOT recommend Aramark Uniform Services for any Service Related Business in Louisville, Kentucky! Unethical and as far as I'm concerned, they have stolen from my company!Review from Benjamin B

We have had this company for awhile in the Montgomery area....service started ok has went down hill. so we decided to stop our contracts with them. gave notice 5 months before our contract ended. they never hardly said a word. then as we are nearing the end of our contract. they come in and say oh you have auto renew and its to late. you have to mail a certified letter to them. so i called and spoke to them very rude the GM & VP of sales. went so far as to say the buck stops here when asked to speak to a hire up. JUST A WARNING DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO CONTRACT....THEN TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT!!!!!!!!! ALSO ONLY GAVE THEM A STAR BECAUSE IT MADE ME. OTHER WISE WOULD HAVE GAVE THEM A NEGETIVE..Review from Katey M

Easily the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Started with them automatically renewing our contract for 3 years. They told me the only way out would be if they were unable to perform their side of the contract - what a joke. We have been consistently billed mats they did not provide, and week after week I had to ask for credits back. They would not automatically provide those credits. Not to mention the drivers show up WEEKLY, missing uniforms or even better COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF WHAT WE ARE RENTING. I had them change out the mats and then say "I didn't know you had uniforms here". Fast forward to our contract ending... I sent a certified letter over two months before the contract was set to expire. Aramark customer service can confirm they received it, but I am STILL trying to schedule a pickup/cancellation date 3 months later. Completely inexcusable.Review from Peter B

This company is awful, started out at $26 a couple years ago and is now up to $60 for two rolls of toilet paper every week and one roll of paper towels every two weeks and an air freshener every month. Been trying to get out of my contract and they won’t let me out. They are ripping people off. Initially, they said if you didn’t like their service you can get out of the agreement now they give people a hard time.Review from Yan W

Bad service. I asked the price for their napkins service. They told me it is 0.043 for each napkins each week. After the first delivery we was charged $ 360 something for 2000 napkins. 0.043×2000=$86. Why $360? They told me they will adjust the invoice. I kept asking them how much we truly need to pay for 1000 napkins each week. If we can not afford it, We can cancel the serice. They kept telling me they will adjust the invoice and give me the right price. It takes 4 months for them to finally tell me it is $144. The balance of our account was almost $3000. No adjustment was done at all. I do not understand why this company still survived. Why they can not be honest?Review from Nicole D

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At first, everything was fine. We had a great delivery driver who was on top of everything. Since he left it seems like the whole company has gone downhill. The uniforms we receive look like they were run through a shredder instead of a washing machine. We pay weekly for Easy Care, which is a service that is supposed to repair or replace any damaged uniforms. We might as well have thrown this money out the window because not one single uniform was ever repaired or replaced. I talked with the manager along with his manager. They promised it would be taken care and all of the uniforms would be replaced. I waited 26 days for new uniforms and each week we were brought the same old ripped and shredded uniforms. I reached back out to the manager who personally apologized for it not being taken care of sooner and he would personally take care of it right away. The following week, which would be day 30... still worn-out uniforms. I have tried to terminate with this company many times. They will not allow it because someone who WAS NOT AUTHORIZED with our company signed an auto renewal contract and upon our realization, we called right away to let them know they had no authority to do so. We were told nothing could be done and we had to stick to the contract for another 3 years. So be careful because anyone off the street can sign the contract for you. The new delivery driver has not once, but twice been VERY unprofessional and rude to employees. They increase prices on the regular. Pay close attention to your invoices because they will double charge you and add on a charge for services you do not receive. I have waited the 30 days, I have sent in a certified letter to terminate services, I have offered to pay the buyout, I have called and emailed the managers several times to no avail. They must really be hurting if they are unable to release a business who only spends maybe 500 dollars with them a month. I could keep going have limited space.Review from Bonnie M.

This was the worst vendor I have dealt with in my 25 years in healthcare. There is no customer service or service recovery. They lose your inventory with no recourse and still charge you for the weekly rental. The linen is often dirty and smelly. The excuse is lack of quality control at the plant. It takes multiple meetings to get service issues resolved. The local representatives constantly turn over. Upper management is useless. I resorted to reporting issues through their 800 customer service number. Tickets would be open and the local rep would close them without the issue being resolved. I sent a notice of termination with no response until after they thought the contract auto renewed. Save your self the headache. Managing the issues with this vendor for multiple accounts was a full time job. They should get out of servicing the healthcare industry.
