            December 2022 - Mr. Loftus was hired to fix a leaking roof which was pooling in a window sill in spare bedroom. Mr. Loftus said that the problem was a crack in the fiberglass and that a coating of a silicone product would solve the problem. Mr. Loftus proceeded to fill the cracks and cover the roof with the silicone product. In a period of 2 months the silicone product (unknown the name because Mr. Loftus does not return calls or provide info on the product) has failed. The roof is still leaking and pooling in the window sill. The coating is cracked and peeling away. Repeated attempts to contact Mr Loftus without any response. States they will have foreman call or call to schedule an appointment but this has not happened. Provided a 2 year warranty on the work in the contract but fails to respond or fix the work he has done. Note Mr. Loftus received payment of around $9000 and will not respond or fix the issue originally contracted to fix.
