      There was an issue with ***** who lost my shipment contacted them and JP Cycles had a replacement shipped in a matter of days received and couldnt be happier

      Package took forever to get here. JP Cycles contacted me after a few days of me not receiving the item. They overnighted me another one and told me to keep the original one. Great customer service!

      Well this is the second time for the voltage regulator. First delivery was the wrong one. Ive been buying from JP Cycles for about twenty five years. They have a really good record for shipping the right parts. I will continue using them. I did not appreciate the person chatting with me about the return trying to tell me that my bike did not have the stock part when I still had the original part from a previous sale and the one that I took off my current bike. Listen to your long time customers they might know what they are talking about. Otherwise they might depart. Happy with JP unhappy with who I had to deal with.

      Shipping was quick and as estimated. Was disappointed the kickstand did not come with mounting hardware. I understand it wouldn't come with a spring as it was not pictured but it certainly had mounting shaft in the picture and did not see in the description where it said "mounting hardware not included"
