      I bought a backrest from j&p cycles that broke on my wife and i second ride . Told J&p cycle they said they got it from hogworkz and to send info to them . I did that and never heard anymore . I did not purchase it from them ! I purchased it from j&p so they started giving me the run around . Its plastic on the back i don't know why it broke it just did . My wife more likely adjusted her sitting position or something but shouldn't break. Now i have put in hours of phone calls and emails for nothing more than pack it up on my time again ! I just wanted a replacement part !

      Purchased parts from J&P Cycles on Jul 4 2024, had them in stalled on Jul 12 2024, rode the bike for the first time on Aug 7th 2024 and the parts were faulty, contacted J&P Cycles and spoke to an extremely rude person named **** B that was no help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS EXPLAINED BY **** THEY ARE JUST A MIDDLE MAN FOR PARTS. Make sure to by pass them and go auto the vendor because they will not help you.

      We do apologize that the customer has had an issue.  The customer contacted us on 9/11/2024 stating he was having an issue.  We advised the customer that he would have to go through the warranty process as this is a warranty issue.  He was sent an email requesting information on 9/11/2024 to start the warranty process and has yet to reply.  We are more than glad to assist the customer but he does have to help us to help him by providing need information to start the Warranty process.

      Have called 3 times over 5 days to cancel order which was supposed to ship within 24 hrs. Item is at day 5 still hadnt shipped and will not cancel order. No tracking has been generated simply want to cancel order and get refund versus waiting additional days them shipping, me shipping back then getting refund 3 weeks later

      We do apologize for your frustration.  We looked into the issue.  We see that the the items did ship and were returned for a full refund. He also was given a ****** in store credit for the frustration and issue. We believe the issue has been resolved.

      I made a purchase using there platform. My package was delivered to the wrong location even according to he photo. They refuse to reimburse me saying I put incomplete delivery address. My mailing address is the one they were givin

      We do apologize for your frustration.  You placed your order and incorrectly entered your address.  You did not enter your Building Letter with your Apt number.  Unfortunately, we cannot file a claim for a lost package when the address is incorrectly entered.   We cannot offer any further resolution as the customer has filed a chargeback with their credit card company and at this moment they have sided with us and have declined the chargeback.

      On or about 2/25/2024 I ordered a set of handlebars from J&P, Upon arrival, after inspection they were found to be defective. The throttle grip will not rotate smoothly, causing the grip to bind. I contacted ***** at customer service and after doing as he requested ( picture, description) he authorized return. Upon arrival and inspection at J&P, they shipped another set ( please understand all of this down time) upon receiving the second set, the same problem existed. I contacted J&P and the manufacturer of the handlebars, the manufacturer acknowledged that there was a production issue, I sent their response to J&P..J&P still wants to have me take pictures, return them and then they will send out a replacement. I requested that they send me a replacement..they have since refused to answer my emails and phone calls. My motorcycle is down going on approximately 3.5 weeks just because of this problem..and I am frustrated.

      We do apologize for the issue. We always need photo documentation in these cases.   A refund was issued 3/29.   We will not send a replacement due to the production issue and cannot guarantee further issues.  We apologize for the frustration
