2 years and still my dental claim has not been processed. I keep calling as well as my dental office and they keep saying they haven’t received anything.

eviCore should be forced to change their name to "EvilCore", because evil is what they are. Medically necessary services ordered by your doctor, the one you visit in person, are being immediately rejected by desk jockey doctors and/or their own adjustable algorithm. I have been suffering with a stomach issue for over a year, that has resulted in lost weight loss, internal bleeding, chronic Gerd and chest pain and nausea. An upper endoscopy confirmed the diagnosis, but I continue to have problems. My doctor ordered a repeat upper endoscopy to see why the treatment plan isn't working and one of EvilCore's desk doctors promptly denied the follow up procedure saying it was not medically necessary. Yet here I am, exactly a year later, still SUFFERING physically from their bad faith actions. You know what isn't suffering ? The executive team's salary and bonuses. They shouldn't be in the risk business if they refuse to handle risk. Abhorrent behavior.

Horrible insurance company full of nothing but incompetent employees reading from a script with no intention of actually helping their customers. They will steal your money (quite literally), give you the run around on when they’ll refund you only to send it to a closed bank account and refuse to correct their own mistake, and make you wait weeks (if not months) for authorization for procedures and/or medications. After stealing my money and later refunding it to a bank account that I explicitly told them was closed, they began to ignore every single call I made and every single BBB complaint that I filed. To say that Cigna is the absolute WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life thus far would be a gross understatement. Do better.

My insurance company partners with evicore to review and approve procedures/care. They sent me paperwork approving an MRI of my neck be done at a colon rectal surgery center. I think that speaks for itself.

Cigna HMO Connect is ghetto insurance - The few doctors that actually participate are desperate for customers and are ********************** substandard - Cigna has a list of providers that is materially false. Most doctors on the list dont actually accept the insurance. Do not rely on this information.- Accepting new patients is simply inaccurate. Cigna doesnt track this information.- No Cigna employee can tell you how much a medicine will cost until after you are billed for it, however they may make up an arbitrary number to get you off the phone. The Cigna licensed insurance agent told me zero for all medicines. Obviously not true.- Cigna **** (while pleasant) dont actually know anything that isnt on their website, but they may make up stories to get you off the phone.- Expect to spend hours on the phone with The Philippines for literal hours trying to find out anything. They are relying on you getting tired and hanging up. They can outlast you.

Through my employer, I have been covered by Cigna with an *** account for over six years. My employee contribution has remained consistent, and I rely on this amount to pay for significant medical expenses. However, this year my employee contribution was unexpectedly reduced by 50%. This reduction is substantial and has significantly impacted my finances, as I depended on these funds for my medical bills.Upon contacting Cigna, I was informed that my classification had changed from Class 1 to Class 2 based on my 2023 income and other factors. Consequently, my contribution has been halved. I do not recall receiving any notification of this change, and Cigna could not confirm whether such notification had been sent. Had I been aware of this adjustment, I would have reconsidered enrolling in the *** since it no longer offers a financial benefit. This situation forces me to cover more expenses out-of-pocket than anticipated, which undermines the purpose of the healthcare coverage. This coverage is highly problematic.

They clame that is not covered under the policy and it clearly is. They are refusing to to pay for it. Spending hours with them on the phone and not coming to a resolution this is more like a Scam

Cigna is the spirit airlines of healthcare. Do no take it even if your work gives it to for free!! I am owed money on a claim for over 6 moth and have contacted support dozens of times and they keep issuing the check to the facility instead of me and this keeps happening over and over again. TOTAL INCOMPATENCY!

Actually not even one star . I can write a book on how Cigna screwed up my insurance with them do now Im Going with another insurance . I had spoken to a total of 9 representatives who did not know how to do their job and kept transferring me to another person . Of course after dealing with the bots in the beginning . I would not recommend anyone to Cigna because of their poor customer service they gave me . Absolutely horrible . I had the Cigna total care plus and they decided to drop me from that plan and offer me total care . Of course this total care plus ended on Nov 30 2024 and did not receive a notice until the mid December in a letter . So after speaking to 9 individuals who offered apologies and nothing else I decided to drop them and go with a reputable insurance . Cigna had poor **************** skills and I do not recommend them to anyone .

I have had my prescription covered for almost a year. When my plan renewed, they refused to cover my prescription. They said maybe you could look for discounts. Like that's gonna help a 900-1000+ bill. But hey if I get sicker, the insurance company will be at fault for deciding what to cover for people like they are licensed doctors. Worst company to be insured by ever. If I die, it is on your hands.
