Stressful. I thought I was dealing with ****** and they told me they sere service provider to ******. Can't cancel service and get refund because it's been over 30 days. I have been trying to cancel since 10/25/24. Bought the service on 10/3/24 didn't realize it was to a different company.

Cheated me! I thought I was paying Bitdefender. I needed help and called a number they strategically placed near Bitdefender on google. The did a scan and told me I had malware and a virus, showing me what I now believe to be bogus. I was very scared and paid for it. After it was over and the receipt did not say Bitdefender- I tried calling them back- no answer. They use all kinds of phone numbers. These guys are criminals waiting for their prey! They did run a scan and my computer worked better but I am fearful that they have some of my info. They said I needed extra security and I bought it. I feel so stupid!! Edith V******

my review about Micro PC Scammers, I do not know how these people, are getting away with scamming people out of there money. It just keep going on and on, where is the police. These credit card companies are not doing anything about the situation. The consumers are having to foot the bill and the scammers are getting rich ,making millions and these credit card companies are just letting it happen. The Micro PC Scammers are lying through their teeth and they can lie and get believed. The scammers put the lie on the consumers and they are the big lie. This situation is very sad, ripping people off over three years and some months or maybe longer. I was scammed by these people, filed the situation through my, credit card company, so far have not gotton any results yet! I'm not stopping until I do.

I live in Canada and started using Bitwarden password software. I was not very happy when I paid 20$ to get premium level service. I called the phone number shown for Bitwarden and a very polite tech said he would refund me 10$ and help me set up Bitwarden. He was actually Micro PC Tech and I paid 1 000.00$ for life. Time service. I guess this why they are not members of BBB I feel a little disappointed in myself but I still am learning at. 85 years old Luigi Z****
