  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
  I would give zero stars if I could. I paid a deposit for a move (while being homeless), that was never completed. When they showed up at the storage unit they claimed mold prevented them from doing the job. It was actually mildew that was mitigated by the mgr of the facility. When I reached out, they claimed the owner Pat Cadden was on vacation and hung up on me. I was later told that they had "offered to reschedule ," but there was no such communication.
  It's clear that they have no intention of honoring their commitments, and I regret trusting them in the first place. Patrick the estimator never saw nor mentioned mildew when I met with him just day's prior.
  Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of reputable moving companies out there - this is NOT one of them.

  Ms. **** I'm sorry but your review is inaccurate. Mold and mildew both present respiratory health issues for not only our employees but current and future customers. When you called back to stated it was "clean", I approved a return date and ******* conveyed this to you. I was present for the conversation, I was not on vacation. It was your decision for us not to return the next day.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had somebody from Cadden's come to my house for an in-person estimate of my moving expenses. He saw the whole property, gave me the estimate, and ******* scheduled the appointment three weeks in advance. On the day of the move, the guys showed up and said they are refusing to do the job because the stairs looked unsafe. They were very unprofessional and rude about it. I was disgusted with the way the employees treated me. They drove away and they later refunded me the deposit to hold my appointment. I believe the on-site estimator should have said they could not accept the job due to the stairs if it was an issue. BTW, the stairs are not dangerous. It was an over reaction and I think it's hilarious that a moving company employing "men" to lift things and move them for a living would refuse a job. This left me in a horrible and stressful situation since I was relying on Cadden's to move me in on the only half day I could get off of work to do this move. Please bring your business to a different moving company who will be reliable and commit to their appointments after already inspecting the place and accepting the job.

  *****, I'm sorry you are upset but this review is so exaggerated and false. I have pictures of both sets of steps. One is falling down and our estimator told us and you we would not be able to use them and the other set in the front has **** all over them. Yesterday, at the time of the move both sets of steps were ABSOLUTELY not safe. The safety and well being of my employees are my most valuable resource. Again, I'm sorry you don't understand this.
