5 starsWe had an overall great experience with Thermo-Twin! From the beginning with the salesman thru the end with the installers. Everything happened in a timely manner and was done as explained. The cleanup was also great. Our windows look beautiful, especially our huge bay window!

5 starsWe have used Thermo-****************** (*******) twice now and have been very impressed and satisfied with their work. Last year we had 8 windows replaced by a Thermo-Twin crew and this year we finished up by having them replace the remaining 13 windows. Both times they were very professional, efficient and worked quietly and unobtrusively as possible. They did the 13 windows this year in a half-day which was quite amazing.I also like that they are employee-owned and a local business and they custom-make their windows locally. The windows seem very sturdy, work well and have a high insulating efficiency over the windows we replaced. We can feel the difference.I would highly recommend using Thermo-twin for your window replacements.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsWe had (4) windows replaced in the attic of our home. The Thermo-Twin salesman was a pleasure to work with. He provided a thorough estimate, and did not pressure us to choose Thermo-Twin. We appreciated his honesty and fair price, and on that basis, we chose ThermoTwin's bid. The Thermo-Twin installers did an excellent job performing the work. 5 starsThermo Twin did a great job from start to finish. They replaced our back sliding glass door with a blind inbetween the glass. The installers were very pleasant . They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. They did our windows several years ago. We were satisfied with them doing our windows and wanted them to do our sliding glass door.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsThis is the second time we used Thermo Twin for window replacement. Our most recent purchase was for a garden window and we could not be more pleased! There are so many things to appreciate about Thermo Twin: the no pressure sales, knowledgeable salesman, measurer, installers and, of course, the product. Every person we dealt with from start to finish was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The 3-guy team who installed the window were here early, extremely courteous, efficient, accommodated a last-minute change with the trim and their craftmanship was top notch. Everyone who has been to our house has commented on how nice the window is and asked where we got it.We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will gladly recommend Thermo Twin to family and friends.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsThermo Twin did an excellent job! From the initial sales visit from ***** I could tell this is the company I want to do business with. I did meet with Window ************** Nation. Both sales **** took every opportunity to bad mouth other window companies including Thermo Twin. Little did they know, I did my homework before hand & knew they were not telling the truth. ***** on the other hand, did not say anything negative about the other companies. Thermo Twin installers *********** were great! They took time to answer my ***************** mind me watching from time to time. They did a great job cleaning up inside & out. **** told me right from the beginning that 2 screens were not with the order & would make sure the office was notified. Within a week ***** arrived & installed them. I highly recommend Thermo Twin you will not be disappointed. ***** MThermo-Twin Windows
