  Im 75 years old and I had numerous deaths in my family and got behind onnmy bills I contacted century to help me I signed all the papers agreed to the payment amount, but I was still getting collection. The latest collection is I have to go to court tomorrow morning because one of my bills is suing me. I dont have the money I talk to the people at CenturyLink and they said they did all that they could.

When you enrolled into this debt relief program, a strategic plan was created for you to meet your goals over an estimated time. Our goal is to address all of your enrolled accounts over the length of your program. Settlements can happen at various times and will depend on several factors, including your monthly deposit amount, the number of creditors you have enrolled, and the balance of each individual ****************************** does not claim to prevent a creditor from escalated collection attempts. However, if a creditor takes legal action against a client, Century still attempts to work with the law firm to establish a favorable settlement, for the client. Our team was actively working with the law office on your legal account to reach a favorable resolution when you made the decision to cancel your program. We regret that you are not fully satisfied with your program & would very much like the opportunity to connect with you to discuss this matter in further detail.

  I was at my wits end trying to pay off credit cards and loans I had taken out. I called century to just talk to them. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They will answer any questions I have. I am very happy that I am getting help to pay off my balances. In the time I have been with century they helped me tremendously. I didnt know what I was going to do. I am glad to have century helping me.
