      I ordered 10 round magazines for an m14 s rifle in 308. I live in **. where thats the maximum you can own. The mags didnt fit the gun so I tried contacting by phone several times leaving messages to get a return label. Not once did I get a call back. So I called credit card company and had them start a non payment to keep shooting. In response to the action taken they sent a letter stating that I tried to get them to send me 20 round mags in place of the 10 round mags and stated I was trying to steal the mags I had. All the phone calls I made were for one minute or less. Every call was voice mail and a message to call me back no discussion about different mags. I sent mags back and havent received any reimbursement. Ive called twice and havent heard back from Keep Shooting. They have unscrupulous people working for them willing to slander a customer. Be aware!!!

      This customer filed a charge back for his order. Part of our response to the bank is to provide all information on the transaction, including call records when claims of no contact are made to banks. This customer stated that he "never spoke to anyone" and that we did not respond to emails. After he was informed we received the charge back he immediately replied to the email. In addition to this, we have an easy-to-use contact-us form on our website which is used hundreds of times a month. Once his bank showed him call records that we submitted, the story now changes....funny how that works!His order has been refunded in full after he sent back the magazines.

      Buyer Beware! I ordered a USGI neck gaiter on March 25, 2023. It arrived with a tear in it. Both the plastic bag and the cardboard box that it arrived in, were undamaged. So this item was shipped to me in a defective condition.

      My return request was approved, but I would need to pay return postage. Shipping cost to return a defective item should be at the company's cost, not the customer.

      They've lost me as a customer.
