      Paced an order dated Jan 3 2024.#INV-***-240103-00062284 for Order #***-240103-00062284 As of Feb 26 2024 I have not received goods.i placed two inquiries with this business and cannot get any answer.Not my first problem with this dishonest business.

      We would like to address a recent complaint received from one of our customers regarding an order placed on our website. Our records indicate that the order in question was cancelled and fully refunded on the same day it was placed. We also provided a copy of the refund via email to the customer in question. Despite our efforts to resolve any issues and provide a positive customer experience, we have received negative feedback and experienced multiple chargebacks from this customer in the past. As a result, we have chosen not to do business with this individual going forward.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They are lying. The submitted document is not an email, and proven not an email because of no time stamp or email format.Keep shooting sent no emails to me, other than an order confirmation email, invoice copy email, and thank you email form letter for the order, all three sent Jan 3, and in my files, and all of which have the normal email format and timestamp.

      No response to 3 order inquiry emails sent by me sent to them.

      An internal credit memo means nothing. It is not an order cancellation, or a refund.

      But an internal credit memo is an admission they initiated a credit card charge against items they did not have or intend to ship out.

      Order cancellations show a total charge of $0.

      They are lying :I have complained about fraudulently described items in the past, but never instituted a credit card charge back..

      we would like to clarify that we have reviewed our records and found evidence that supports our previous responses to your inquiries. Specifically, we have verified the timestamps on our systems that indicate the order was indeed voided within minutes of being placed. This information has been documented and saved as part of our standard operating procedures. Despite our efforts to resolve any issues and provide a positive customer experience, we have received negative feedback and experienced multiple chargebacks from this customer in the past. As a result, we have chosen not to do business with this individual going forward.       I am rejecting this response because:


      I have never done a charge back to them That is a lie.

      Negative feedback was for an item that was fraudulently described (none of the markings pictured, or described) on the item sent. .A very common problem many consumers have had with this company over the same issue, and this company has a bad reputation, and is about to have a much worse one, and on a scale that that will shock them.

      Their claims of contacting me about an order cancellation is a lie.

      My complaint was based on where is my item which was based on their message they would contact me when the shipment happened, having received no other communication from them, and no response to 3 direct emails to them asking about where my order was, none of which they responded to *********** standard with this company based on other complaints.

      Order cancellations are not exactly abnormal. With experience of over ****** mail order purchases I am completely familiar with every aspect of purchasing, including cancellations and refunds. This company's conception of customer service and is among the worst I have ever seen.

      I placed my order August30 ,2022 the knife cost 30 dollars and 90 cents,they took my money right away,never sent order confirmation,I have sent several emails either give me knife or give me my money right now I am pretty ****** ,I buy a lot of stuff on line never dealt with customer service like this
