I purchased two DVDs from Oldies.com. For some reason, the U.S. Postal Service claimed the shipping address I provided, which is my home address, was undeliverable and I never received my order. I do not blame Oldies.com for this. But instead of providing a full refund, the company charged my for the shipping fee even though the package was never delivered to me.

Due to the numerous bad reviews, I was skeptical ordering from oldies.com. After speaking with the nice, professional customer service representative, I placed an order. My order arrived on time and I was given tracking information throughout the shipment without requesting it. Due to my experience with oldies.com, I will place orders in the future and I do recommend oldies.com. Connie S. White, CMT

Very poor service - the people on the phones are rude and make you feel like it's your fault - and it is my fault for dealing with this ripoff so called - company - never have gotten a full order - still waiting for 2 cds and a refund - which they say has been sent and shipped .

Do not order from this store or from their store on other sites, my father-in-law ordered records and after multiple back and forth with their customer service still hasn't received what he asked for. They keep sending him either damaged due to trying to stuff a large amount of items into small packages or the incorrect product twice and just offer 10% discounts instead of trying to fix the actual issue. When he left a negative review about his legitimately negative they immediately tried to extort him into removing his review by leaving his account a negative review and said that they would only remove it if he removed his. Sounds CORRUPT to me.

After having a bad experience with this company I decided to give them a second chance and the second time was worse than the first. You have to order $75 for free shipping which I figured I could do because their prices seem to be reasonable however I ordered three movies this time that I really wanted and I never got an email or call or anything they just refunded the money didn't give me any explanation and sent what was left to the order which I didn't even want the rest of the order I was just trying to get up the $75 mark because I was already halfway there with the other three movies that I really wanted. I tried to contact this company in order to resolve the problem so hopefully they would send me the movies that I requested they refused I got a snotty email from them still no explanation why it is I was allowed to put it in my cart and purchase it but then they refunded it. I think it's a very unprofessional company and I will never do business with them again in fact the 100s people I talk to every week I will also notify about my experience with this awful company so they don't have to go through what I went through the right thing in this situation to do was either to call me or send me an email and say would you still like your order when we cannot fully complete it. I am very disappointed with this company.

Buy my item I want cd and they don’t send items two weeks later refund my money no item bad business don’t sell items you don’t have!!!!!
