      On March 23, 2023 I placed a order for 2 movies which totaled $40,70. Then in April of 2023 this company deducted another $40.70 causing my card to go into over draft. When I called ***** told me the first 40.70 was a pre authorization and would be refunded within 48 hours. When I called today they said that there's only one amount taken of 40.70.. I have 2 emails stating they took this money twice..

      On 1/22/2023 purchased items online from oldies.com.Received items by mail on 1/25/2023.The items I received were not what I ordered. Contacted the company and they e-mailed me a return label. I printed out the label and packaged the items with label attached and took to post office on 1/30/2023. Have been in contact via telephone with several people there subsequent to return of items and providing them with tracking number on my postal receipt who claim they dont see the item returned and therefore cannot refund my money.

      We received the incorrect items on 1/31/2023.  Once a return is received it takes approximately ***** business days to process.  I have processed the return and refunded the customer's credit card.  I have attached the credit memo for this transaction. The customer should receive the credit on his credit card in a few days depending on the financial institution.

      Hi, and thank you for your help. I purchased a CD from Oldies in February, 2022. I hoped it would be a Valentine gift, but it was late. And they sent the wrong item. I returned it with proof of delivery from USPS on March 8. I called them in May and was told they were still going through returns. I had an email from Bernie in June to please call. I called again in the fall and got a supervisor, ****, who pretty much scolded me for calling so late about a February order, but offered no correct CD. Truth is I don’t enjoy hassling companies and would forget about it until one of their catalogues would come in the mail again. I would just like to have the CD soundtrack I ordered, please or a refund. I am trying to get the soundtrack to “**** * **** **** **** *** ******, the movie from the 1960’s with lots of famous people in it. Thanks for any help you can offer..*********************

      There are two (2) different accounts under the same account number/customer #******* as printed on the DVD and CD Catalogs respectively. The problem can be resolved under either *************************** or *************************************************** According to the unidentified customer staffer I spoke to is not authorized or can't figure out what to do without supervisory approval who was not available at time of conversion. Also, the OLDIES.COM staffer mentioned the payment was not enough, however if credit funds from one account and the new money order are combined, that will be enough payment for the order.

      Been trying to get my refund check for out of stock purchases for several years now. Back at the start of the covid pandemic I had placed a order for some movies, some of the ordered movies were out of stock. I have been trying to get my refund check for many years now and have not been able to get it yet.

      They sent me a cd with no cd inside, told me to send it back and they would replace it, I spent another $7 to send the empty case back, then they told me too much time had passed and refused to refund my money or send me a replacement. I paid a total of $32 and ended up with no cd and was treated very rudely.

      Our senior customer service manager has already had conversations with ************** regarding this matter. ************** waited MORE THAN A YEAR to tell us that there was a problem with an item he ordered from us by in early May of 2021. Returns and claims such as this must be made within 30 days of receipt. We're more than willing to be reasonable, but we cannot do anything as this individual waited more than a year to notify us of an issue with his order.

      03/11/22 $236.94 CDs ordered. Oldies shipped this order VIA ***** without a "Signature Required" and consequently ***** simply left this order on the City Sidewalk in front of my door. My home has no frontage and there is a Bus Stop a few feet from my front door. Our surveillance cameras shows someone picking up my order off the city sidewalk at 12:46 pm, delivered at 12:33 pm. I filed a SFPD REPORT on 04/01/22 CASE # ********* for stolen property. ***** requires I file a claim thru Oldies, the merchant. Oldies says they are not responsible. I called them twice. So I am out $236.94 because they shipped my large order without a "Signature Required". Not at all good business practice. No excuse for this.

      On 12/27/2021 I sent a check for $72.58 to Oldies to purchase two DVD's. They responded by sending me just one of them saying I still owed more shipping on the other one but that they would send me a refund check in the amount of $29.80 for the difference. Today is March 24, 2022 and I still have not received that refund check. I have called them numerous times about it, and each time I am told the mail is slow and other excuses. They also said they would check to see if someone else cashed it, and when I call back to find out results, they tell me something completely different, that they have to wait another month for their statement to check on that. This is obviously the "run around" treatment and I just want what they owe me. I don't believe they have any intention of paying me what I am owed by them.

      I finally received a check from Oldies on 3/26/22.  So you can close this matter now.  Needless to say, I won't be doing business with that company again!  Thank you for being there for me.

I waited 2 months for a restock, and nothing happened, in December 2021, I requested a refund to be sent to me, oldies.com still continues to lie and give me false dates when the refund will be issued.       I am rejecting this response because: There has to be some insurance that you carry to cover these kind of things especially when the forms of delivery is so unreliable! Your customers should be your main priority since we are the ones that make  your living! Basically your saying your first and customers are last! You and *** ** are just pointing your fingers at one another and neither are willing to be fair! You guys keep saying it was delivered but have never been able to prove anything! That's because it never was delivered to me! I am asking for a picture that proves that they were delivered at my apartment!

      I have attached the detailed tracking information and a screen shot from our shipping software that shows the tracking number was indeed on the label that was put on your order and sent and delivered.  Unfortunately, we do not cover lost or stolen packages.  The tracking information indicates that the package was delivered.  There isn't anything else that we can do at this point.
