Our Management Services
• When called upon to manage a property, we evaluate the entire
operation regarding the quality of the units, maintenance, and the duties and
responsibilities of the resident manager.
• Our Executive Team determines what must be done to upgrade a property
in order to achieve a 99-100% occupancy rate.
• We establish a program for each community to correct problems,
establish goals for performance, and build on strengths.
• Our Property Managers work closely with our on-site Resident Managers
to achieve quality service for residents, continued occupancy, and attract new
residents.
• Our trained Service Team delivers valuable support, seeing to
plumbing, electrical, painting, cleanup and other maintenance requirements.
