    In one statement, I can say that the *** program is life-changing! I started experiencing symptoms over 20 years agojoint pain, fatigue, brain fog, stomach bloating, and a multitude of other symptoms that would come and go. I spent 10 years going to doctors and undergoing numerous tests that never led to a diagnosis. When I finally received a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease, my only option was medications that came with a host of side effects.I began to research alternatives and decided to manage my symptoms with lifestyle changes. I spent years researching and figuring things out on my own. About five years ago, I settled on a very small list of foods (*****) and ate the same thing every day. I followed an extremely low-fat diet with high protein and higher carbs, thinking this made me feel the best. If I ate out at a restaurant, I would only eat a plain baked potato with salt. However, I still experienced brain fog, fatigue, and stomach bloating regularly and was consuming at least seven cups of coffee and a slow-release caffeine pill to make it through the day.Enter the *** programI suddenly had a doctor, health coach, and team to guide and direct me. I also had a huge amount of resources on their app. All I had to do was listen to them, embrace the program, and trust the process. It was so nice to have help. In this four-month program, I have enjoyed so much success. I no longer need all that coffee; my body has energy, and my brain is clear. My skin is glowing, and most all of my symptoms are gone. The variety of foods I can safely eat is massive, and I am enjoying the taste of good food again. My triglycerides dropped 40 points, and my HDL (good cholesterol) went up 60 points. I realized that limiting my food was not the best idea for my body. If you are struggling on your own to figure out why you feel terrible all the time, I highly recommend the *** program.

    The past 16 weeks in ************** AHR program has been such a game changer in my life. I now finally have hope that I will be able to fully heal from the chronic migraines, vestibular issues and nervous system impairment that Ive been dealing with for years. ************ and his entire team are so knowledgeable, responsive and caring.     Dr. Will C**** program has changed my life!!After only a month in the program, I had significant changes. The team is so knowledgeable and there are so many resources to help with any issue. The weekly calls and community support is so helpful in the journey of not feeling alone.     I have been dealing with chronic inflammation and hives for over 10 years now. Over the years, I have worked with primary care physicians, functional medicine specialists, allergists, immunologists, and ayurvedic specialists. Despite the countless supplements recommended and thousands and thousands of dollars spent, I never got better.     ***** and the entire team at ************** office are simply outstanding! Their comprehensive approach to functional medicine has been eye-opening for me. The thorough evaluations and tailored treatment plans have improved issues that traditional medicine overlooked. ***** and the staff are incredibly supportive and friendly. I appreciate how ***** listens and explains everything in detail, ensuring I understand my health journey. I couldnt be happier with my care here and highly recommend this practice to everyone! It is little pricey since they dont take insurance except for the blood work.     Dr. Will Cole's team has helped me uncover the cause of several challenges with my health. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune and was told that my only option was an immunosuppressant injection for the rest of my life and there was no effort to identify the cause of this autoimmune or any other challenges I was facing. Dr. Will Cole's team took the time to understand my background, environment, lifestyle and health challenges and then identified the best tests for my situation. The results of those tests uncovered some biotoxin levels that I would have never expected to find. They gave me multiple plans to choose from so that I could find the right balance between focusing on my health and what I could financially make work.     I cannot say enough positive things about my experience under Dr. Will Cole's care. Prior to starting he Autoimmune Health Reset, I had been to countless doctors, had thousands of dollars' worth of tests done both in the allopathic and naturopathic realms- all of which was inconclusive and left me feeling defeated and still very symptomatic. As a "last-ditch effort", I joined AHR. After 4 months, this program quite literally changed my life. I am so grateful- I learned SO MUCH in such a short amount of time and how to help my body heal. All the while in a community of the most supportive coaches. The information covered and shared is top-tier and easily digestible.     If you are serious about getting healthier, the anti-inflammation plan through Dr. Will Cole will change your life for the better. Although I had worked with a dietician when I was diagnosed with microscopic colitis and gotten some good results, it ended up being a diet that limited my food choices to about 15 different food items. I didnt realize that that was making my gut even sicker! Then I was diagnosed with two other autoimmune diseases and my body was full of inflammation. Thats when I heard about Dr. Will Cole and Im glad I did. It is an intense program that isnt just about diet and it requires dedication to get the pay off of feeling better and being healthier. Now I have a large variety of food that I can eat, I lost 10 pounds (not why I went on this plan), and my blood work is now excellent instead of prediabetic!Thank you ************!
