      I went to a buy here pay here but $1500 down and was paying 115 a week on a van it had a warranty hundred in the beginning and I tried to tell them there was something wrong with the transmission they told me it was not that and they fix something else and charge me for it and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with it it’s been in and out of the shop just recently they charge me $2100 and conveniently admitted that there’s something wrong with the transmission now that it’s conveniently out of warranty and I don’t know what they charge before but when I got it back two weeks later it did it again and I told him about it and Saturday it broke down and would not start

      So we were going to lease purchase a ***** *** from this place and the next day on the way to pick it up they called us and told us the car was in a accident from one of their drivers. So of course the *** was totalled. So we picked out another suv a ******* ***** **. Which is not worth the 19,000 grand they have you purchase their cars for. It has water damage and everything. These places take advantage of customers with bad credit. Car is only prob worth 2,000. I have been dealing with penndot because of this ***** *** I never had and they want the tags .. well I never had the suv in the 1st place. I have my letters from penndot. Brenners will not take care of that problem. 2nd issue I leased purchased another suv a 2011 **** ******* for my wife to use and me use as a spare.. the engine seized or something is wrong with the engine. I only have this **** since september. I pay weekly for a extra warranty on both SUVs. I have a pamphlet it's supposed to be covered. They will not fix it. So I'm stuck with a **** that they still want me to pay for over 20,000 purchase price. Why do I have a warranty. On top of it when you pay your weekly car payments they only take debit and they charge you 4.95 per transaction. Prior to this engine acting up I've had the **** at my local **** ******** for all proper oil changes and service. **** *******'s found stuff wrong with both the ******* and the ****. Right now I'm paying on this ******* 2010 ***** ** that has transmission issues that they didnt want to fix either. Then they did and is now acting up already after 3 weeks.. a great suv for 18,000 I have this ******* less of time then I have the ****. The **** is currently at their so called great business. The garage they use to fix your cars is their garage. Brenners has their own garage. Prior to the **** breaking a month before hand a deer hit the side of my **** driver side door and the antlers got the corner headlight. They are trying to say the engine seized from the deer. I drove it for a month after this happened waiting for progressive

      Please note that on or about October/November 2021, I went to Brenner Car Credit, which is located 1t 1819 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17103 and placed a Deposit of $50.00 on a 2016 ******** *** Limited. The Company (Brenner Car Credit) indicated that I could make an additional Deposit within30 Days Which I did make an additional Deposit of $850.00. I was then Approved for Financing and my Monthly Car Payment of $520. I believe that I have paid about $4,700. towards the Purchase of the Car during the last 11 Months. Also, note that during this 11 Month Period, Brenner Car Credit made Numerous Harassing Phone calls and Text Messages to me if I was just a Few Days late with my Car Payments. They (Brenner Car Credit) would also, make Numerous Threats to DISABLE my Car Before 12:00 Noon, Twice which they did and often Left my Family Strand in the Street with out a Car, having to sometimes Walk or seek Pubic Transportation. Please be advised that my Car was also Disabled and Reposed and as I am currently filing this Compliant being Reposed again. In July and August, 2022 my car would Over Heat and Coolant would spill from the Car recently in October, 2022 Radiator wouldn't work. For about 30 Days I tried to Contact Brenner Car Credit at the Carlisle location to Help Repair the car that Office failed to respond to any of my Calls. I then contacted Mr. J*** at the Mifflintown Office, Mr. J*** Agree ed to have the 2016 ******** *** Limited Towed to the Mifflintown Location and that is where car is currently. A Representative from Brenner Car Credit contacted me weeks later and indicated the to Repair the Car would Cost $7,000 to Repair and that I would be responsible for the Cost of All Repairs, in addition to my Monthly Car Payment of $520, my Car Insurance of $325. Monthly and an additional $300, Monthly toward Repairs. also note the I made a Requested another Car of Equal to or Lesser Value, which would keep me in good standing rate. PLEASE HELP!!!
