2009 ****** Murano was wrecked on January 21, 2025. ********* owed on car. My insurance is paying $ *******. Brenners car Credit is saying Im responsible for remainder ***** and sum dollars and will put it in payments of $25 a week. My vehicle was in a accident and Brenner car credit came to my residence while I was home and took the vehicle. I've tried contacting them numerous times only getting voicemails. No one from the company will return my calls. I would like my vehicle returned to me. Brenner Car credit took the vehicle March 2024. I would like my vehicle back or replaced by them. Per our conversation with *** ***** in March 2024. Customer's vehicle was deemed a total loss, When this occurs, the vehicle is then turned over to the ***************** and payment is submitted to the Lienholder of the vehicle for the balance that is due. The check was submitted 4/17/2024. In the amount of $5,478.07.

The paperwork I signed when purchasing the vehicle did not state the vehicle would be turned over to insurance company and ********* would receive payment in sales agreement, if vehicle was determined a total loss. I would like a copy of that documentation on from Brenner car credit

The agreement you signed includes the correct terminology, "Loss/Payee," which means that in the event of a total loss, any insurance proceeds will be paid to the listed payeeBrenner Car Credit. This is outlined on Page 4 of the Retail Installment Contract under Buyer Responsibilities, where it states: "You will name us as Loss/Payee on your insurance policy."

The financed price of my car was $19,876. I paid my car off in June of 2023. Up until then, they were reporting my payments to the credit bureau that they deal with, which is TransUnion. I paid the car off, and received the original contract from them with Paid In Full stamped across the top, along with the title for the car in the mail about a week later. December of 2023 rolls around and I go to a different dealership, looking to trade in my car for a newer one. They pull my credit, and told me that I don't qualify for a loan because of my payment history. Weird. Then they tell me that my report does not show I had a car loan from Brenner at all. So I look into it, and ********** directly tells me that they "suppressed" that account because they never heard from Brenner on if it was fully paid off or not. I call Brenner and tell them what's going on. Nobody can answer anything because the credit person is on vacation. They tell me to call back after the holidays. So I do. Credit person isn't there the next time that I call. So I continue to call every day until someone answers me. Finally the credit person is in one day, and they say they submitted the info to TransUnion and that it is on their end. So I contact TransUnion once again. They tell me that the creditor has to resubmit the information to them in order for them to be able to put it back onto my report. I tried for 2 weeks straight of calling (Brenner) twice per day. Nobody would answer my calls. TransUnion WILL NOT do anything until they hear from the creditor, and Brenner completely stopped ALL communication with me (not like there was much to begin with). All I want is for them to contact the credit bureau and make this right. I never missed a single payment. Always on time. They reported it while I was paying it off, but once I do they just stop?My credit has gone down about 100 points since all this happened. It's not right and they should fix this. I leased my car from Brenners with *** on 9/192024 the day after my birthday. The car was not on the lot but she said the ****** versa was at the shop because they supposedly just gotten the car and it had some water damage but nothing serious and once out of the shop I could test drive it but I would to put at least $50 to hold the car I did as such. I receive a call and *** said the car wasnt in yet she then called me 2 day after the date the car was supposed to be in from the shop. I did my test drive and had the bal of the money the date of 9/19/2024 i asked of previous owners and damage *** said no herpes the car fax and my payments were quoted high unresonably because the vehincle was low milage basically brand new no damage limited 2 previous ownersit came with a warranty within the first 60days it was having throttle is***s where the gas pedal would stick. I took it to their recommened shop and they never said anything about pervious work or accidents on the car they said they cleared the fluid Lines . Someone bumped my front end I Had to do a small claim with a different shop in which I notice my entire front end was previously in an accident and my front end had been sautured and held with yellow and black duck tape , styrofoam, and new paint. They covered the accident this vehicle was in. They already put this vehicle on my credit in full I only made six payments on it at the over priced amount of $607 a month with full coverage! This is a dangerous car for me and my 4 young children to ride in and barley afford I am demanading a new set of keys,safe, low mileage beautiful and spacious for my children. I also demand a lower monthly contract and my money be returned in full and the other car loan deleted from my credit experian and transunion immediately with receipt mailed to my physical address thank you.Initial Complaint

I have had nothing but issues with the vehichle I am purchasing. They will not fix the issue that my car has been in the shop for numerous times unless it does it for them. It needs a new transmission. I have video of the car doing it but they do not want to see it. I was told it wont be helpful. This issue caused an accident a few days ago and now my car is at the collision center waiting to be fixed. And they are telling me they do not have a loaner for me. I questioned them about all the cars on their mifflintown lot and was told that those are for sale. I have been loaned cars previously that are for sale! I actually had to return one car for another because someone was looking to buy it. All their loaner cars are for sale. So that is an excuse. I want my car fixed correctly and a loaner car while it is being fixed! We cannot go to appointments for both my husband and my health issues. I purchased a car from Brenner Carlisle in Aug. of 2022. It is a lemon it has been seen in their shop over 7 times since aug. 2022and they fail to correctly fix the ongoing issues. They refuse to trade me out of this vehicle even though I able past the year deadline to do so, I have never been late on payments, I have been more than patient with them. This time I was given a loaner car that the windshield wipers were inoperable and the battery terminal wasn’t properly secured which lead to this loaner car breaking down on me as well because the part that was to hold the battery in place was laying on top on the positive side of the battery which fired the entire car as I was driving it which almost caused an accident.
When they have my car in shop I do not get any updates, in example they have had my car for a month now and the only communication they do is for payment. I have all conversations (texts) because I refuse to not have a paper trail.Business Response

Mileage does not pertain to this particular issue seeing as the vehicle has had the exact same problems since purchasing vehicle which company failed to correct the first time it was seen in the shop. Again, this vehicle has been seen in the shop over 7 times for the same exact reasons and nothing has been fixed for over a year now. And as of right now I have no vehicle due to this company. Because their loaner vehicle was also not safe to drive and completely shut off on me while driving because a metal holding rod was lying on the positive battery terminal and shorted the entire car while driving which almost caused an accident. And I went days without a sold answer from this company. This company does not have safe and reliable vehicles and they are not honest with their customers. I receive no communication from this company unless I specifically reach out about my vehicle, I’m told management will call me and receive nothing. I have had this company’s employees yelling and screaming in my face all because I wanted answers about my vehicle. I have been very mistreated and completely stressed out while having to deal with this company yet I am cooperating and respectful.Milage has nothing to do with communication with customers, satisfaction, trust that company will correctly fix issues present from the beginning, treating customers fairly and respectfully, or being honest and helpful towards customers.
I also travel for work so in regards of mileage being an issue. Mileage cannot be used as a reason when that is how I make a living. If the car would have been fixed the first time it was seen and this company handled their business differently we would not be at this point.

I purchased a 2014 **** ****** from Brenner's in May of 2022, put down approx 1800 and pay $150 weekly to them, not missing payments. Last Thursday may 18 my transmission stopped working in their parking lot while dropping off my mom's car, it's all on camera there. Now they want to charge me almost $7000 to put in a brand new transmission, which I cannot afford that out of pocket, they offered 5% down and to add another $60 to my payment weekly taking me to $230 a week. I'm afraid I was sold a lemon, & now they are threatening to turn me into the credit bureau if I don't pay the car off, . I put approximately 30k miles on the car. My name is ********************* long story short I purchased a car from Brenner's car credit in Williamsport Pa on the ******** ***** **** and ever since then I been having problems the car been in the shop more then 5 times and Brenner's won't help no more now the car broke down on highways expressway in the middle of streets while my fiance was pregnant we was stucked in the cold from 2am-8am until a tow truck came and towed the car I haven't drove this car consistently for a whole month yet. And I put $900 down and I been making payments ever since I paid more then $1,000 in payments. I want everything returned and I don't want nothing to do with Brenner's and I did the pre qualification and my car qualified for the lemon law.Business Response

2/24/2023 @ Around 11pm EST I Noticed That My Vehicle Would Not Start. Upon Further Checking The Vehicle I Notice The Lights Are On So Therefore My Battery Isn't Dead. I then noticed that my vehicle would not start due to Brenner car credit disabling my vehicle. This is not the first, second, nor third time that Brenner car credit has not followed their company contract Protocall. Last week i called in to the selingsgrove office and spoke with the collection manager letting him know that i would make a payment of $290 Today. Due to my phone being down i was unable to recieve any text messages as a result, i was unable to have an correspondence with Brenner as of today when the payment was to be made. Furthermore Brenner and I established a contract set forth on the day the intial first payment was made. Brenner Did not only give me a grace period to make the payment, they disabled my vehicle when it was not at my place of residence, which is stated in the contract. I did not recieve any notification via email, although Brenner Car Credit knew that the number was not on at the moment. Brenner Car Credit Disabled My Car 35 Minutes away from my place of residence, which left me stranded for hour with no way to get to my sick child. i Plan on taking Legal action, this company does not follow their own contracts. I have contacted my brenners car credit in Carlisle about my issue with my car and they do not care they keep telling me to take my car to the dealership to be seen and everytime we call them they tell us to contact them back and get them to send papers over we have mentioned too them we do not have another car and they dont seem to care how do we get to work to pay our bill to you guys of we can't get to work cause our car is being seem so dont u think I need a car then then whats up with the no loaners. My car has been shutting off in the middle of parking lots in the middle of the streets,that is a big big safety issue and you guys don't seem to care what so ever so you guys need to get your act together and either get us a new vehicle or you give me a loaner and fix my **** car I can't even go to work without it doing it I can't go shopping without it doing with.Business Response
