  The worst company *** ever dealt with in my life. Unprofessional, Dont show up and they DESTROYED my street with their half done antics. It was so bad the city and the water company got involved because they didnt complete their job in the street and it was damaging peoples cars.The owner and staff left my house filthy and full of cigarette butts all over our property . Staff were belligerent with each other and one staff member was so angry at the owner just walked off the job while they were here. They took my husbands tools and supplies that they of course didnt have to do the job. They did not complete the job they were hired to do. Punctuality or even showing up is not on their list of to dos. We have been unfortunately scheduled with them twice through Homeserve and both times were a pure disaster.Second plumbing issue was scheduled, guy came out and said he didnt know what he was doing and needed to come back with someone who does. My husband cancelled a doctors appt to be here for the scheduled time Murrays told us, they never showed up. Called the lady at Murrays of course she acted concerned, scheduled the next day 10am-12pm, NEVER SHOWED! I have no idea how this company is still in business as they have done more than damage to many many peoples lives. One star is way overrated. HORRIBLE!!!!

  Very unreliable and unprofessional, Does not do quality work. I went through the insurance. I have for my Water and sewage on my home unfortunately they sent Murray plumbing, they were rude unprofessional and did not complete the job . after a year my insurance company is sending another plumbing company to finish the work . the entire side of my house and my backyard was dug up and then dirt just pushed over the pipe, I have 6 to ************************************************************* walking , I was told three times they would come each time nobody showed up After about a dozen phone calls which they refused to return my call, I finally got through to them this morning only To get into a verbal argument and eventually hung up on. It was a horrible two week experience when they were here with the man that owns the company screaming yelling throwing tantrums, had a worker walk off the job, my neighbours came out of their homes to see what he was going ballistic about but apparently this is just his personality according to some of his workers, this is the way he acts . very unprofessional, very rude, very unreliable, during one of his tantrums he took off in his truck and didnt come back till the next day, this company is unbelievable and I would stay as far away from them as you possibly can. You will not get good service, you will not get quality work, but you will get a lot of headaches . At least that was my experience and as I can see from other reviews On Murrays plumbing its pretty much in line with how they work and run their business.

  My sewer line ************* sent Murray Plumbing to my house to fix sewer line issue. On 6/14/23 I received their invoice #***** dated 6/6/23, for $1,580.00 which I was told was my responsibility. On 6/15/23 I called **** Murray and asked if she would adjust her prices. She did & sent me a revised invoice now for $960.00 (noting that she had waived a charge of $220.00 to camera the line, only if they get job). Paid invoice. On 6/16/23 I received their estimate for job of $8,840.00. On 7/27/23 I responded that at this time we were not moving forward with their proposal . An hr. later she sent me an invoice for $435.00 instead of $220.00 which I expected (& only charge covered by Ins.) I called my ************* immediately. As of 8/1/23 my ************* told me they paid $200.00. How can a company collect on charges they already agreed to reduce? I have copies of all invoices, dates, times & calls, etc. I am still being harassed by these people. To note: they were paid $960.00, plus $200.00 from Ins. to camera the line, plus I paid the additional $20.00 to cover the camera line fee. The only reason I gave them a star was because I was required to!

  Caused damage and wouldn't fix it even after repeated phone calls. I even talked to the owner. I was told that he would schedule me and call me back. It takes 1-4 days to schedule. Really? Still waiting. It's been over a month.

  These ppl should not be in bussiness , thier word means nothing they came to my property to replace a water heater , took out a 2000 hybrid unit and replaced with the cheapest water they could find at lowes since its already installed my warranty will not cover it the lady gave me 100 percent certainty that i would only recive and equivalent heater while they already had the cheap unit in route to be installed, they kept posponing the appoint so that they were sure i wasnt there because i had knowledg instead they came late and installed when some one they knew had no knowledge of the heater was there .
  800 to replace a heater which does not work for my property .
  Ill see you in court !

  Excellent emergency plumber. We had a pipe burst and Murray Plumbing came out to help us right away. The work was swift and efficient.

  This company fixed my pump and I should of ran for my life I thought the woman was nice and maybe it was a misunderstanding but no. These people are bullies and very un professional. They quoted me a price of 2000 for their work I signed the contract. they came ripped everything out cut it up and then changed the price to 4084 and even wanted to go higher. When I asked why and I didn't want that they called me a con artist dumb all kinds of names. And tried to leave with all the material in my yard. It was last minute and I needed water so due to my circumstance we made a payment arrangement. Then to find out they charged me for the plumber hours 3 separate times. I called to clear up the amounts and again I was berated with insults. I just told them send me the bill I paid it but I will never ever hire these people again and anyone who deals with them. Bad business and un professional. I will report your shady business
