      Beginning of November 2023 a service tech came to my home to put an adaptor on my gas meter in the basement. He left mud throughout my living room and I called Grid One at ************** to file complaint, after a week of no response the field supervisor showed up at my home and took pictures and a report. A few days later I received a call from stating that he would be sending me a check in the amount of $100 so I could get my carpet cleaned. I have never received the check, I have called Grid One and have left voice mails and their voice mail says that someone would call me back within 24hrs, I have never heard from anyone. I need to get this check of $100 as I have already spent $200 to have my carpet cleaned.
