      If I could give zero stars, I would. **** **** at Griffith-Alberici Monument, **** has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. It has been over a year since I ordered a headstone for my husband and am still waiting. The grief of losing someone is hard enough, but dealing with a company that lies, ignores calls, and fails to provide even the most basic updates makes it far worse.I was repeatedly promised timelines that came and went with no explanation. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and when **** would email back (because he doesn't have the nerve to call), the excuses were endless and empty. There has been no accountability, no professionalism, and no regard for human decency. A headstone is not just a product, it is a memorial for a loved one. To be treated this way during such a vulnerable time is cruel and unacceptable. I would strongly warn anyone considering this company: Griffith-Alberici Monument, **** save yourself the added heartache and go somewhere else. **** **** should be ashamed of himself!

      DO NOT USE! DO NOT use this company. I have been lied to, not called back on Any occasion I've asked to be called back on, given the run around for way too long. called channel six and tomorrow channel 10. I actually have a recording with the owner Alan talking to his wife talking about how he like to
      hit me over the head for showing up when I did And how he overcharged me in such a smug arrogant manner. I've been calling to where the now one year four month stone is and his answer is Covid, vacation, in transit to Trenton etc. Alan always gives a promise to call next day, week, as soon as stone is engraved, arrives at destination to be transported to cemetery! Don't believe me, call me as I have documented all. **** ********
