      "We have had an ongoing and extremely frustrating experience with Renewal by REMOVEDJuly 2025, we contracted with them to replace a basement window (over $4,000) and perform warranty repairs on previously installed patio doors and windows.What followed has been nearly a year of repeated errors and delays:Incorrect measurements led to a window being built to the wrong size Installation teams arrived without the proper tools to complete the work Multiple visits were required due to poor coordination Parts have been ordered incorrectly more than once (most recently wrong size and wrong color)Communication between departments has been poor throughout At one point, we were told to schedule quickly because parts might be damaged in their warehouse, which reflects internal issues rather than customer responsibility." ...
