      Smith and John, the door installers were very professional, asked questions, personable, and worked efficiently. Corey, the salesman was very thorough and made sure we understood the product we purchased and the entire process. Would recommend and would use for future products. The quality of work and the door were outstanding.

      West Shore Home completed our main shower install on 7 July 2023. Josh W., Matt K, and Sam were knowledgeable, helpful, and worked very hard to complete the installation in 9 hours and 10 minutes. Their process and teamwork were impressive. We have yet to try out this new shower, but are hopeful that all will work as outlined in our contract.
      Kudos as well to our Design Consultant, Aaron W*****. He answered all of our questions and led us through the selection of our new products.
      Overall, we are satisfied with West Shore Home’s overall buying experience and their customer service.

      Fabulous company. I had the best team to work with. Brian helped me with all my questions and concerns and to make the best choices. Office staff was always helpful and pleasant. Installers Justin and Adrian were the best! They were professional, polite, and on time. I now have the most beautiful functional shower. After getting other estimates, I know West Shore Home was my best choice. So happy with the final product.

      Two thousand characters is not enough to praise my service from West Shore Home. Discovered through Google, their website had proof of concept. I was consistently running into the "Call for quote, we aren't showing you anything until we are in your house." Naturally, we called them out. Our sales person was Ricky H. and he thankfully wasn't the, "Don't leave until they buy," type. Because we didn't need to suffer the aggressive sales pitch, we were won over with legitimate and tangible numbers showing us why our price was the way it was. Pulling real quotes that had been handed to him by other customers, and detailing the features of the materials they use. Ricky sold us on West Shore's business practices and helped us off the ledge of our misconceptions and demands. We settled on a reasonable price, completed the financing, and all but scheduled the installation before he left. Thankfully, he was patient with my girl's frustrating, but endearing knack for indecision. Today was installation day, In the span of one business day, Josh T. and Nathan M., transformed my bathroom corner from desolation to luxury. I insisted on just letting them do their own thing and they went and exceeded expectations that I hadn't even voiced. My old unit was ripped out somewhat haphazardly by someone who may not have known what they were doing (me). I was dumbstruck to see how without any expectation. My install team took it upon themselves to connect the wall with the new shower. They made it look so natural, it looks like it was part of the original house design. Josh and Nathan laid drop clothes over the path from the door to the bathroom and covered all of the surfaces within. When they were finished, I had planned on needing to vacuum and clean every surface...Not necessary. They left the bathroom and path immaculate. If I ever need another job of this magnitude done again, I will literally be asking for these employees by name. Lifetime warranty on their work. Five out of five.
