  I agree with ***** *. TAKE THE TIME TO READ! IT MIGHT SAVE YOU FROM MAKING A MAJOR MISTAKE. This dealer knows how to lie. I wish I could tell the whole story as well but the short version is I purchased a vehicle and I was told I was going to get the online price and my salesman ********* ******** told me the price I signed for was the sticker price. It was about $1500 difference. They also slid in gap insurance. I'm older and not familiar with the computer generation but my contract was on *** IN FINANCING desk ( HORRIBLE PERSON I WOULDN'T TRUST HIM EITHER ) and he scrolled down to where I sign. I signed it and there was almost $2500 more than what it should have been. I called ********* ******** ( HE IS LIKE A SNAKE IN THE GRASS TO ME ) and told me that money was going to be refunded. IF YOU ARE READING THIS TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO WHAT ****** ******* SAID RUN RUN RUN. Don't buy from them. NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRICE LOOKS ONLINE I BELIEVE IT'S JUST TO DRAW YOU IN. Once you sign all of a sudden your phone call is no longer important and you are put on the back burner. They refunded my gap insurance but gave me a whole bunch of gobboly goop and didn't put the other funds THEY SAID OFF MY LOAN. I went through over 2 months of being very patient and at the end MUD IN MY FACE. I wished I'd gone to another dealer and paid them the money. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN. DON'T GIVE THEM A *****. DON'T GIVE THEM A SECOND OF YOUR TIME. YOU MAY REGRET IT AS I DID. THEY LIED. CHRISTIAN LIED. THE GUY WHO IS INVOLVED WITH THEIR INSURANCE IS UNDERMINING. After I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT HIS INSURANCE HE WENT BEHIND MY BACK AND TALKED TO MY WIFE AND TRIED TO USE HER TO GET ME TO TAKE HIS INSURANCE. That's why I didn't take a picture with the car after the sale. LIARS, UNDERMINING, LIARS, LIARS, LIARS. RUN, RUN, RUN. I hope you take my warning. I hope Patriot Chevrolet of Limerick reads this complaint and REMEMBERS ME. Out of " five * " I'd GIVE THEM ZERO, 0.THANK

  I took my car in for an issue that was a recall issue, I also had an issue with bluetooth, they had me sign a work order stating they would work on the car. I told them, call my husband before doing anything, they fixed the wiper (no cost due to recall) and then charged $160 for a diagnostic on the bluetooth and THEN called him stating it needed an antenna before they could do a diagnostic. When he complained, they shooed him off, with the hand, and walked away and said, the woman who dropped the car off said it's ok. I would never have said ok to a $160 diagnostic that would not guarantee a fix, bluetooth is not the most important thing in my life. They were nasty, they did not say I was signing for them to do whatever they wanted. I feel they did this because they got no money due to the recall. This was the Warminster, PA location.
