      If I could leave zero stars I would. They are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The consistently over promise and under deliver. Do yourself a favor and don't use them. They renewed prior to our contract term being expired (for $15,000 I might add) and didn't notify us we had another year to our contract (they did refund us once I pointed out, they renewed a year early and tried to slip it under the rug). Unfortunately, we were under a 3-year contract, or I would have left them after year 1. Terrible communication, not timely filing, no responsibility for late fees and emails that were not followed up on. We ended up filing about 10 of our own filings just to stay compliant. Talk to your state registration to confirm, they will tell you how awful they are. I think they bought out Labyrinth and have more customers than they can service. Every few months we get a new "customer service" person without knowledge. Stay away!

      SCAM!!! They kept emailing me saying I need to pay registered agent dues, but they are not my registered agent. Futhermore, they are trying to bill me for reinstatement of my business and annual report services when I took care of the annual report in March prior to the May 1st deadline and my business is in good standing. I called Northwest registered agent who helped me immediately. Harbor Compliance never returned my phone call. Please BEWARE!

      Dr. Kitty B******* is an amazing talent that completed my charitable organization's tax exempt status in short time. Her guidance was so accurate that I received an approval letter from the IRS in just two weeks. Understand that the average time is 10 months. Her professional advice is the direct result of this amazing success. My organization is set to aid veterans, first responders, LEO, EMS, and all sorts of service oriented amazing people. They are struggling and time is of the essence. Dr. B******* is the best in the business. I plan on using Harbor Compliance to aid my organization to stay in compliance for the remainder of its lifetime. Thank you for your dedication to non profits that are set to provide guidance on not just being suicidal, but restoring the Warrior Ethos that resides in all of us and aiding our Warriors to thrive and flourish with productive lives.
