"This company is very unprofessional; after living in one of their properties The Legacy of ********** for 8 years ; upon move out I received an email tha I owed over ******; after several attempts to reach a leasing Agent and being told in one was available I advised I would contact corporate; 5 minutes later I received a call advising that they will update the current charges; in the end they owed me over ******. My move out was 8/2/2025 and i received a letter that my refund will be mailed to my old address, I called and spoke to ******** who started it was an error and shes unsure why they failed to update my new address and that it was mailed to the old address and new one will be sent, now ****** the Manager states it was sent to my new address which is a fabrication and contradictory from Maribeths communication, I advised Texas Law states a Tenant must receive their deposit within 39 days of providing their new address." ...
