      They stated we had a coolant leak which we did not, we went for a oil change and they broke the water inlet housing and now my car is over heating and it didn't do this prior to oil change called to speak with ** he said he mechanics did nothing wrong and I told him that his mechanic lied the want us to pay 400 and some dollars to fix there mistake. ** said his mechanic does not lie and hung up on me, my husband tried to call told them the same exact thing only to be hung up on as well the ** is very rude and so is the service advisor *********.

      This operation is highly unethical And performs bad business deals. Avoid this operation at all cost. They are unethical . The sales personnel as well as the people the handle the credit and paperwork Are unprofessional and steer yiundown the wrong path. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

      I Purchased my vehicle in 2017 from Montrose GMC in Hermitage at the time they sod me a warranty that covers the seats and paint from stains. I had several stains on my seats from jeans as the seats are a cream color. When i attempted to have the seats cleaned and went to the dealership i had the unpleasant experience of dealing with ****** in service. They attempted to clean the seats only to ruin the front passenger seat by using some kind of abrasive and brushed the leather. It then took them almost 6 months to get the new seat cover and she would not return my calls or answer any questions when asked what was taking so long. At one point she told me that she did not know how to get the warranty honored. They finally got the cover is and replaced it on the seat but not without several arguments over cost and also service. This experience resulted in me getting the police involved twice so that the issues could be resolved. They are not professional at all from the top down. Nobody would answer any questions or clarify any questions when asked all they would do is give smart and sarcastic answers.
