    Worst *** management company ever. The customer service is below subpar. The *** property manager is unresponsive, dismissive, and out-rightly rude to homeowners. "Courtesy" letters are sent to owners without even citing the rule that is violated. When questioned about the including the exact rule in the actual violation letter, the response was that was too much work and unnecessary. Yet requests for clarification are ignored and dismissed. The rules are enforced arbitrarily and with targeted harassment to those who question the enforcement. The *** bylaws are treated as optional and only followed when convenient. Several board members, who are overly aggressive and unreasonable, are complicit with Camco making it difficult to resolve issues. Considering hiring a lawyer.

    Worst management company I have dealt with. As an owner I don't understand where my excessively high condo fees are going towards as we have no amenities at the complex but they have depleted our reserved funds and are imposing an excessively large special assessment on the owners. When the owners call or email Camco, we don't get responses.

    CAMCO hired a shady landscaping company that ended up damaging one of my vehicles last year. Camco refused to reimburse me for damages and instead put the blame on **** *******, the owner of the landscaping company Rockwell Urban Forestry who has avoided reimbursing me $250 for an entire year. Imagine not being able to reimburse $250 for simple damages. Both of these companies are a joke. Avoid CAMCO and *********************** from *******************************. Unethical and bad business owners. F-

    This is one of the worst property management companies any HOA can hire. I can not fathom why our HOA selected them. They do not at all respond to any requests to get on phone to resolve or discuss any matter. But absolutely quick to put fines on people

    These people tack on outrageous late fees for 1 day late and they don't explain the reason just say it's late. Even 1 day late they charge the entire MONTH fee!!! Ever heard of pro-rating or assigning a simple dollar per day late fee? They are shady as hell. They NEVER have done one thing in the 20 years to improve the community. There are dark spots all over never put up a light whatsoever.
    Just waiting for someone to fall and hurt themselves I guess. Their AR people are rude and abrasive never provide any assistance to home owners. They should be investigated for unfair business practices.

    Just horrible. They ignore your calls . They have no problem collecting their high HOA fees but when an issue arises they are MIA. Voicemail after voicemail cant speak to a human.

    This company has managed our properties since 2019. They are horrible. Don't answer calls but never miss an HOA deduction which by the way is extremely high for what you get. The landscape is sloppy. Whenever there is an issue with the common grounds they try to put the financial burden on the unit owner.

    CAMCO Management conducts business in an unprofessional, disrespectful manner. They DO NOT respond to questions or attempt in anyway to resolve matters presented to them. Their approach is to ignore rights and privileges of property owner, and repeatedly threaten in a bullying manner. Management is a hoax since concerns are just IGNORED.
    Specifically, CAMCO manages HOA affairs for the complex I live in. I refused to pay HOA fees because I was foreced to live next door to a delapidated property, which caused mole damage to my home twice, and which was finally confiscated and torn down by the City of Philadelphia. After non response to numberous complaints asking for management to take action since bylaws state HOA should repair homes and then bill Owners, I agreed to pay back dues under an agreement that I was compliant with UNTIL I became retired and asked for a reduced monthly payment. Payments were made, and after makiing a large payment in March which was to equal to"13" monthly payments I requested in writing several times to have the monthly payment about reduced.. I waited 4 months for a response - NONE. So I started making monthly payments #200 as proposed anyway, which ARE MORE than the requested yearly dues amount of #92, allowing the extra to be app;ied to past due amount. However,6 months have gone by and I have not gotten a response to my request to reduce payments by $70 since I am retired, and EVERY MONTH HAVE RECEIVED THREAT OF COLLECTIONS. No acknowledgment of original request, and NO acknowledgment that payments are being made. This unprofessiosion action is being conducted by Ms. Stacy M***, Director of Account Services, who I feel is demonstrating a grecious act of non professional business
