      FBCS,Inc is falsely reporting on my credit. I have never had a account with them. Per my research FBCS,Inc is a Debt Collector. They are falsely reporting to my credit . These are the accounts : # Reference number ********* Account number ******* are falsey reporting to my credit file and against my rights and credit act. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1681d – Disclosure of investigative consumer is a violation. I have attached a definition so you can see the violation! (a)Disclosure of fact of preparation A person may not procure or cause to be prepared an investigative consumer report on any consumer unless— (1)it is clearly and accurately disclosed to the consumer that an investigative consumer report including information as to his character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, whichever are applicable, may be made, and such disclosure (A) is made in a writing mailed, or otherwise delivered, to the consumer, not later than three days after the date on which the report was first requested I request to provided proof of this alleged item. Specifically the original application, contract or note bearing my signature with FBCS,Inc. Failing that, the items must be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. Under federal law, you have 30 days to complete your reinvestigation. Please have the creditor provide the validation documents to the BBB as well as certified mail to me. Its extremely important that the creditor provide the documents to BBB to ensure fairness and that they are not brushing me off. Thank you for your assistance. I will also be seeking $5,000 per violation for: 1.) Defamation 2.) Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3.) Violations of 15 U.S.C 1692g Please have the creditor provide the validation documents to the BBB as well as certified mail to me. Its extremely important that the creditor provide the documents to BBB to ensure fairness and that they are not brushing me off. Thank you for your assistance.

      Dear Sir or Madam: I am a victim of identity theft. I recently learned that my personal information was used to open an account at your company. I did not open or authorize this account, and I therefore request that it be closed immediately. I am writing regarding the Road Runner Account #*******. I am a victim of identity theft. This isn’t the first account I had to dispute because of this situation. I have no acknowledge of this account. I never received any payments nor made any payments on this account. I work out of town doing construction jobs. I have gone away from home in an average of 3 to 6 months. So, I hardly be at home, and I noticed this account in my report when I got back and contacted Road Runner and told them I couldn’t pay for this unit and told them to come get it because I didn’t apply for this. My neighbors that used to stay by me had burned their house down and now he’s deceased. He is known for taking other people’s mail and trying to get their information from them. He had taken my mail before, and I believe he’s the one that did it, but he’s deceased now. Can you please remove and delete this account from my credit report. I am attaching my FTC report and bank statements showing that I never received any money from Road Runner nor made any payments on this account also. This is causing so many problems and roadblocks in my personal and financial life.

      Nonstop calls for at least 6 months. No voicemails. I have blocked multiple phone numbers but it never ends. I do not owe them any money. They are not listed on any of my credit reports. This is obviously a scam and I want them to stop harassing me. They called me again at work today & I’ve had it.

      They keep calling me and not leaving messages every day or every other day. I’ve picked up and no one says anything. I have no outstanding debts or bills other than student loans I pay a bank

      Today they took $50 out of my **** account t when I was trying to change my credit card information. I was trying to change it to another ard when I called them last week nobody answered twice so I want my $50 dollars back on my **** card because that's all I had left.

      Difficulty getting a statement/ letter to show proof of repayment plan. Multiple Representatives give different answers every time I call. They state they don't have CAPABILITY to fax or email me a copy that was mailed 12 days ago, that I have NOT received YET!!Urgently need some sort of document for a pending loan.

      This company calls me every business day. When I answer, they say nothing and they never leave a voicemail. Every day it’s a new number with the same caller ID listed as FBCS. From reading other reviews, people are saying it’s a debt collection company. I DO NOT OWE ANY DEBT REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM AND STOP HARASSING ME.

      I keep getting phone calls from this business. Calls come from different phone numbers but same business. I don't owe any money, they have the wrong person. Stop contacting me.
