      **** has no record of the attached letter from the consumer.  We have placed the consumers account on hold and have requested copies of the validation documents to send to the consumer.  Once we have these ready, we will mail them to the address on file.

      We received mail from the consumer on 12/28/23 stating this was not his debt.  We sent a letter to the consumer explaining how to open a fraud claim.  We never received a fraud packet or police report back from the consumer.  We also mailed the consumer the original documentation for his review.  This account is currently on hold in our office.

      I received multiple calls from the company, but they never left a voicemail. Eventually they sent me a text with a link to log into my account. I went on their website and attempted to pay the debt. The website offered a lower amount of *****, so I inputted my card information and paid it (2/3/24) and it gave me reference number PCC2221197, but it didn't take anything out of my account or change the amount owed. I also didn't receive an email or anything explaining why they didn't accept my payment, so I believe I'm being scammed for my debit card details. I was more than willing to pay what I owe, but I don't trust their website and lack of communication, and it really seems like they're trying to scam me.

      There are a total of four accounts opened with FBCS. I cannot recall going to any medical facility during 2016, and they definitely added more onto my balance owed. I had spoken to someone named ***************** *************) January 2023 and we came to a resolution of me paying $1,089.20 (account#: ********** if I set up an autopay that same day. I did just that, agreeing to pay $10 every month. I checked the mail today and looked into this matter, and just as I thought, I have not been paying to that amount, but as a matter of fact, a total balance of $4,863.00! They did not keep their word and this is impacting me deeply. Why is this now the outstanding balance? I was lied to and I am concerned that this company is a fraudulent one. I need help, please. And I have ***** bank...they have me listed as ACH Debit from ********** ****** Bank...correct account number and all though. Please help me.

      There are currently 4 accounts in our office for the consumer.  Below are the details for each account.  FBCS spoke to the consumer on 01/10/2023 and the consumer setup a payment plan to pay $10 a month.  That $10 is split across the 4 accounts and $2.50 is being applied to each account monthly.

      This company calls me several times a week, sometimes twice a day. I am disabled and I am in litigation because I was injured as a passenger in a motor vehicle accident. The caller never tells me who they are or where they are calling from. When I ask, they usually hang up on me. Its very disconcerting, especially because u have dealt with scammers before with regards to my credit. The caller wont identify themselves when I ask. Again, this is when they hang up on me. Its intrusive and I blocked their number.

      For several months now, FCBS has continued to call me several times daily, most often, when I answer they don't say anything, they just hang up. When I block the number they are calling from, they call from a different one. On the rare occasions there’s actually someone willing to speak when I answer, they are very rude and condescending when I advise that I don’t owe the debt they’re calling about and to NOT CALL ME ANYMORE! I’ve sent 2 letters as the “proof” they wanted and requesting no more contact. This has done nothing to stop the harassment. It is exhausting behavior and I’d like for it to stop immediately!
