  Do use this site to get any of your documents. They will take your money. Then start asking for more documents after the transaction is completed. Once you ask for your money back they start giving you different dates on how long it will take to get it back.
  As of this review I'm still waiting for a refund!!

  I order my birth certificate on July 11 2023 and I have never gotten it. I have called and got voicemail and it has been over 2 months and they don't even have the decency to call anyone back. The 1 star was because that's the lowest you can give it just a scam and you people need to go to prison for taking all these people money.

  There customer service sucks tried calling over and over only to get an answering machine will never do business with them again and will tell many of there bad customer service

  I placed an order which I paid for expedited derived and it took 2 weeks to get a response via text that my order needed additional verification due to my DL being expired which is why I need my birth certificate in the first place. I’ve left multiple messages on their customer service line and no response.
  This is just a horrible way of doing business. Please do not use this service.

  I have yet to receive an email or call back from anyone, my order was sent through their site on 3/23, and they quoted 20-25 business days after receipt of request. About 40+ business days have gone by thus far, I just want to know if it is coming or if I should order another from the state. Either way, I feel cheated.

  All the people saying that they never got there’s are impatient I received mine. Yes it took a while but I got it. It takes about a month and a half. But I would totally order from them again.

  My main frustration with this service is that after I paid my money I have tried multiple ways to get into contact with them I have emailed and called the service center only to be ignored or transfered to an answering machine. I'm at the point to where I want a refund and not the certificate. The main reason I have been trying to contact someone is because I have read that the certificates are not being delivered in the time promised. I have a time sensitive reason to get my certificate and cannot afford to wait any longer than necessary. All I really wanted was for the service provider to assure me that would not be the case. I just feel if someone is paying you for a service you should respect them and provide the best service you can. Using this service has been a waste of time and money.

  The absolute worst!! Ordered from them 2 months ago. They said shipping would take 30-45 days. I emailed at 45 days wanting a refund and they refused saying it’d take 30-50 days. So I emailed them again at 50 days and they still will not give me a refund, they just keep saying it’s coming. Do not order from these scammers

  I'm researching someone who died about 150 years ago, and they won't submit my request to Colorado until I provide proof of my blood relation. Ok, Genesis: the Begats. There's my damn proof of relation. This is absurd. VitalCheck has been no better. These are historical public documents which could in no way be used to steal an identity (SSNs didn't exist for nearly a century after my subject's death). I would caution everyone to not use either of these two awful middle-men. Just call the office you're needing documents from.

  We're sorry for the confusion about your order. We aren't able to process your order because the state office who issues the death certificates only have them available starting in 1900. You would need to contact the CO Dept. of Health-Vital Records Division at ************ to see if they can assist you on how to get a certificate before 1900. We've initiated a full refund since we are unable to issue the certificate.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I never received the birth certificate I ordered and paid for. Never received a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Hoping this will save someone else from waisting their money. I wish I could give no stars because they are a scam.
