    Absolutely horrible! Site will not let me upload any of my information. Signed notarized copy, DL. **************** is horrible. I have tried calling numerous times a day, left messages and sent emails with no response. I am requesting a refund.

    What an absolute SCAM! I uploaded my papers 25 times and then every time there was some problem but only AFTER I emailed them to ask about my order. They charged me up front and have refused to refund me

    They take your money, then after the transaction is complete, they immediately direct you to another paid service of a business partner of theirs to double dip on extra fees. If the money I already gave wasn't enough, I'll be taking it back.

    If I could leave a negative 100 I would. Paid them $76.00 for Birth Cert. which they said I would receive in 3 months. After three months nothing. Contacted them and they said now it is 4 Months. After 4 months nothing. Contacted them again, and now its 6 months. This site is a SCAM! They keep ghosting me now because I am trying to get my money back as I did not receive the service I paid for.

    Do not use this service. They'll take your money and not provide the service. They also claim no refunds. I went to the bank and reversed the charges and canceled my order. I can see why they are not approved.

    I applied for death certificates May 19 and have not gotten anything yet. When I call them I eventually get cut off. I've paid them. I just want a refund at this point.

    the star rating should be - 5 ************ starts out ambitious and then you realize every few days you get an email or a text saying they have not received your ID to verify who you are, and then when they have it they cannot ready and I received about 5 emails, 3 texts saying they could not read my ID, when it is a jpg format. Finally after 4 weeks they could read it then said you need to prove family history, ok sent the documents, it started all over again, they did not get them , could not read them. It is a stalling tactic, I have been waiting since beginning of April. I just received a text the other day, they had not received anything. Now I am asking for my money back, I am done with the deceitful business practice. It is amazing that they are still getting away with this. There are so many people who have the same problem.

    Ordered birth certificate on ******************. Disputed charge with bank when didn't receive. Refunded 31$ November 7th. Is there a lawsuit with this company?
