In March2021, we sought out to get an inground swimming pool -we were referred to Haas pools and Spas. Dustin came out March 20, 2021 to survey our land and explain what options were available to us. We decided to wait at that time and then reached out to him in August 2021. He said there was a 30 week lead time to order pools du to the pandemic, but if we ordered then, we would be ready for install spring of 2022. On August 16, 2021, I met hi wife Nicole inButler and gave her a cashier’s check for $20,000to order the pool. Spring of 2022 came and Haas Pools and Spas did not reach out to us. I had to reach out to them several times via texts, emails and phone class to see when they would begin digging. Everything thatDustin said he would take care of was a lie- he never got the building permit started and in May 2022, I ad to go to the township building to get the process started. The building permit was obtained June 4, 2022-of which I had to pay out of pocket for. I ad to keep reaching out to Dustin to see when they were to start digging. He would avoid phone calls, texts and emails. Finally, on June 27, 2022, they started to dig ground for the pool. July 7, 2022, another cashier’s check was given to Haas Pools for $32,500 as the pool walls were up and according to contract, that is when the second payment was due. The pool sat with dirt in it until July 16, 2022. That is where they showed up to do the pool Crete o the pool bottom. That project finished on July 30, 2022, and the pool was tapped to protect pool bottom. again, no contact fromHaas Pools. Emails, texts, phone calls-responses would be -“on another call” “ I’ll call back but we would not receive a call back. We had to seek legal advice from Charlton Law Services and we were advise to NOT pay haas Pools any further money until the equipment was delivered and the pool was complete. After several firm texts to haas Pools, the equipment was delivered and only by having the electrician’s number, did we get water in pool and the pump hooked up along with the heater on Labor Day Weekend. Haas Pools did not come finish the grading and the seeding as per our contract. We had to finish it ourselves in October, and therefore, we did not pay them the final 5% owed to them. When we opened the pool in April 2023, we noticed that the benches were caved in and attempted to reach out to Haas Pools. They would not respond back. He finally sent Chad Krawczyk out the the house to assess the situation. Chad and Dustin had. Phone call at our house-which Chad had placed on speaker phone and Chad explained the since the benches were not backfilled with pool Crete, along with the steps to enter the pool, the force of the water freezing in the winter “snapped the weld of the center of the pool. Chad gave an estimate of $3000.00 to repair the pool. We were going to pay Chad out of our pocket, but was to be re-I burned by Haas Pools. We have been a victim of waiting on him and we wanted to be able to have our pool open and ready by May 2023. Chad would come here and there and we paid him on services rendered - but he didn’t finish the job. We had to drain the entire water out of the pool and the liner had to be pulled back to complete repairs. Haas”s attorney, Jonathon M********, had reached out to us starting that we had owed Haas money for the concrete around the pool- which we had our own concrete guy - and that was removed out of the contract. Haas Pools is a shady business. We were robbed our summer last year and he has yet to contact us to pay us for the repairs we had to do. We sent a certified letter and a regular letter by mail on May 15, 2023- which came back to us . Nobody was there to sign nor did anyone go to pick it up at the post office. He letter returned to our residence June 13, 2023. HaasPools and Spas are thieves- we know of several other cases against him where he has taken people’s money.

Buyer Beware with ****** and *********************. Not a real pool company. Hes a broker, shes a realtor, poor communication throughout the process. He sub-contracts out to his guys. ****** and ****** owe them money for previous jobs. Contractors work when they get paid. Gave a down payment of $30k to get a pool ordered 09/21 and promised a install of May 22. They were also going to get the permit. Never got the permit till 3 days after they started. June they broke ground a little for 1 day, paid another down payment of $40k. and didnt show up to site for another 2 weeks. The whole process was a shit-show! That horrible bike accident ****** spoke about was just a delay. He spent 1 night in the hospital. ****** and ****** drag their feet and are late with everything they order. They basically rob ***** to pay ****. When you call and they dont answer, they are doing that on purpose bc they know their scammers! My pool still isnt complete 10/22, and they breached their own contract with their own completion date. False promises and they blame others. I had to go out and buy stuff that wasnt on site. Pick up my own Poolcrete bc he was out of town. Hes always out of town. Spent 50hrs of my own time help dig and form the pool and wheel barrow  70+ trips in and out of pool. I had to wake up early several days to pump water out of the hole they dug, so guys could work later in the day. ****** will never show up to the site. They never showed me how to use pool equipment. His own workers *** and **** dont like either of them but want paid from previous jobs. ****** and ****** never have time to drop things off at the site that workers need. Been waiting on an automatic cover for over a year! His workers bounce from job to job several times a week. They show up for a few hours and then leave to go to another customers house. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this **** poor company. Call me ***, *** *******. *******************. I stand behind everything
