  I researched several life settlement companies. Made application to 3. One gave me the “runaround’ one was unprofessional. One was great now that I have completed a transaction. Coventry is informative, professional, Easy to reach and very helpful in all respects. Andy G******* is top notch. 5 stars to Andy and Coventry. No need to waste time. Call Coventry.

  While working with Coventry to sell a life insurance policy was a long process, I must commend your representative, Janice B********, for her ongoing communication and caring support. She kept us updated and informed as the process went forward through the myriads of steps. She was personable, genuine, and professional all at the same time. She made working with Coventry a pleasure. Due to our experience with Janice, I would not hesitate to recommend your company and services.   Janice B******** is top notch. She is patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She is a tremendously hard worker and always took the time to answer all of my questions. I strongly recommend working with her. It was a pleasure.

  My representative was absolutely terrific throughout the whole process. The process was effortless and I was provided with frequent updates and explanations. Not only was the experience great, my representative showed great compassion and understanding of my situation

  I have been working with Coventry for several days concerning the possibility turning over a life insurance policy. My customer service representative was Janice Bareiszis. She was able to address my questions and concerns, an expedite the answers I needed. I would give her a 5 Star rating!

  It was a pleasure to work with Coventry Direct for selling my insurance policy. Drew A**** was my contact person. He was always clear with his explanations. He worked diligently on my policy. He always returned my communications swiftly. I recommend this company if you are trying to sell your life insurance policy.

  Steve B**********, at Coventry, is an excellent representative of this company. He displays great listening skills and empathy during the process. Over the last year he has followed up with me and updated me as needed. We still have not finalized an agreement yet . I would recommend those that read this review to give Steve a shot at their business.

  We had a very professional experience selling our term life insurance policy to Coventry. Be prepared for a lot of paperwork due to the insurance regulations but all of it will protect you as a consumer. We were paid a fair price, and I would encourage working with Coventry if you are in the market for selling a policy.

  Steven B. at Coventry guided me through the process of selling my mother’s universal life policy which had become increasingly expensive. There were many intricacies involved in accomplishing this task and Steven was able to guide me through them He kept me informed of each step and even when seemed that it might not work out, he persevered.   I recently inquired about selling my life insurance policy to Coventry. I had the privilege of being contacted by Steven B**********. Steven did a great job explaining how the process works and answered my questions about things. As the process progressed he continued to keep me up to date with the various things that were involved with the process. He was very professional and courteous and was not pushy in any way. I am so impressed with him that if anything changes in my situation I will definitely reach out to him.
