Worst bank you'll ever have. Filed a complaint and 17 days later still have a fraudulent charge on my account and they keep sending me stupid emails that I need to make a deposit even though they have not fixed the fraud. They froze my debit. The customer service is horrible. You can wait over an hour to get through and they are worthless

I have sent a letter to the CEO and Vice President of Communication regarding the attempts I have made in regards to second authentication. I have also spoken to numerous people in IT and Customer Service in order to get this resolved. I requested this back on August 26th and as of today, October 7th it has not been resolved. I have asked the CEO to call me back to no avail. I have spoken to two supervisors who stated they would stay on top of this request. As of today no verbal communication from them either. If I could give them a zero I would. There is no communication from their department and you cannot even talk to a supervisor in the IT Department. They treat their customers very poorly

Ally Bank is the worst. If you like waiting on hold for hours then Ally Bank is for you. Trying to close an account of someone who has died makes a root canal seem like fun. I have never dealt with a company that cares so little for their customers.
