    This company refused to remove my personal information from their website. I have been asking for about a year now, and I need this information removed.

    The website houses personal information and offers a way for the data to be removed. However, I have filled out the form, contacted support via email and phone and they refuse to remove my data. My wife is involved in an active stalker situation and her information cannot be easily accessible.

    This website offers removal of personal data within 48 hours, but seems the requests are not being monitored. Data remains on the site and no response. I've contacted the site via means listed on the site 5 times since 4/29/24. I would like my data removed and would like to hear back from the site to review some other data that's on the site too.     I have tried to remove my name, address, age, telephone numbers from this site for the past year. I have used their forms as well as have sent emails with proof of name and address, yet still the information has not been removed.     Cocofinder.com claims to have an opt-out process and support email. The following link on Cocofinder's website ("removel my info") will direct you to the page below. ************************************************* This page will direct you to a ****** document form. The url in the form ONLY accepts url links that begin with "**************************************************** the actual url is *************************************************** the opt-out page never sends one's opt-out request. ********************************** does not reply despite waiting weeks / month. Cocofinder's opt-out page states your removal will be performed in "***** hours" via support email or form. Neither option is/has been successful.There is no address, phone, contact for this business.

    I am a school teacher, and I recently learned that many of my students have found out very personal information about me using the website Coco Finder. This is private information including my mothers name, my current phone number, my current address, and all of my past addresses, my age, all of my social media sites, and more information. This website poses a threat to many people. Having that much personal information about somebody easily accessible for free, and in one place opens people up to harassment, identity theft, and possibly much, much worse. I followed the companys directions, and filled out a form to have my name and personal information taken off of their site. After a number of emails, they have not contacted me back, and my personal information remains on their site. All of my information is still on the site, in spite of the fact that I completed the form asking for it to be removed and have made a number of attempts to get them to remove it. This site should be illegal and poses a danger to people. Perhaps it is not illegal, but I am now being harassed by students who now have all of my personal information, and the company remains unresponsive, and does not remove my information in spite of filling out a form and contacting them via the email that they have given on their website. Other than a email, they provide no way to contact them. The only way to get removed from their website is to fill out a ****** form using a ****** account which many people do not have access to. This site is dangerous and puts people at risk.

    I have repeatedly asked for Cocofinder to remove me from their database, including by completing their online form and emailing them. I have received no reply and my personal information is still not deleted.

    This website inaccurately has my phone umber listed under another persons names. I've been getting dozens of spam calls a week asking for this person. I filled out a form to have the page taken down and my number removed and it was never taken down, I'm emailed the company several times with little response and no action.

    This company aggregates data and posts it on their website. They have an opt-out feature that I have used many times and they continue to share my data with the general public. I have emailed their [email protected] address many times with zero response. I simply want my data removed...if I require a lawyer to have it done then they will be responsible for all charges.
