    I have requested my data/information be removed entirely from CocoFinder's website multiple times in the last couple of months and provided the attached list of 2 URL's via email; however, they have not replied at all.I have had my data removed from almost a hundred sites thus far, with prompt ****************** I would like my information to be removed entirely from CocoFinder's website as soon as possible.

    Search engine ************************** has a website of all your personal data. All addresses, relatives, neighbors, etc. To remove (opt out) you copy your *** and paste it in the opt out form.I have done this, and it states the *** is invalid.This is fraudulent as it will not allow you to opt out.

    I have contacted them multiple times to explain that I have received death threats sent to my house and therefore request that they remove my personal information, including my home address, from their website. My address is still posted. The opt-out ****** form that they provide will not accept the url where I found my information. *************************************************************************************************************

    Hello - cocofinder's website clearly states in multiple places that if you need to have your personal information removed, you simply need to fill out a form or email their support. I have done both of these and I have also called their phone number (which doesn't connect to anyone) but they have not responded and continue to display private information about me that puts my life at risk. I see I am not their first victim and am hoping the BBB can assist in getting my information removed so that I can be safer.

    They refuse to delete my personal information on their website. It has my full address on it. It's a major safety risk as a woman. I have already filled out the request and emailed them twice.

    I have contacted the establishment to remove my personal information off of Google.I advised that I am opt out and ask that they do not share or sell my personal information. I followed their process and my information is still viewable when my name is serached

    Have asked cocofinder to remove my info over the last several months as I have a privacy concern. I have filled out the required form with no luck and emailed customer service close to 1 dozen times.

    I've contacted the company multiple times to remove my information and they have yet to do so. And when trying to do so again, the website says "You've already responded Thanks for submitting your contact info! We will remove your info within 24 to 48 hours.You can fill out this form only once.Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake"

    on 8/12/2021 I asked for my name to be removed from Cocofinder.com, they took it down 2 days later per their requirement. Then on 12/28/21 they reposted my private information and I asked them to remove it again, permanently. Today, 7/11/24, I learned they have reposted the same private information. I have asked multiple times over multiple years and it appears they comply and then repost my information some time later. I shouldn't have to look every year to ensure this company doesn't repost my information and then never respond that the removal has been completed.     This is a legitimate company because the website provides specific services for background checks, look up individuals who reside in the **, etc.

    I've asked this company multiple times to remove my private and personal data and they have now.   Is there just no way to get a hold of these perpetrators?
