      Placed my order on Oct 20 2024. I've called the business now four times without anyone calling me back even though recording says someone will return your call within 24 hrs. I want to cancel my order and never order from this non existent company

      On October ************************************************************** an update on my order saying waiting for order to be filled. I have tried calling them with no luck and they don't return my calls at this point I would like my money back

      I ordered on 8/27/24, for 10 bottles (total $49.00). I sent several emails regarding status. I got email reading status change on 9/10. They sent a Thanks for your order email with charges of $415.00. I replied with why cost change, never heard from them. I called twice asking for call back, never heard from them. Received order on 9/26/24 with package all bubble wrapped and wet. Note from PA post office of their apologies for the broken bottles. I sent email asking for a return label and 10 new bottles or my $49.00 returned. Still have not heard from them and my money has not been returned. I want my $ returned.

      On 10/29/24 I placed an order with Kitch'n and my credit card was charged. I have not received my order and have attempted to reach Kitch'n to get updates via website messages, emails and phone calls. I then decided to research their reviews on line and it appears the website is a scam as several people referenced my exact same situation with no resolution from Kitch'n. I have requested a full refund to my credit card via email but have not received an acknowledgement of that request.

      Purchases cider From Kitchn and received totally different products. I have called and emailed for four weeks now to no avail. I want my money back!

      I ordered 18 bottles of ***** Tea from the business KITCH'N. Order no. ******. Date of order: 10/5/24.On 10/21/24 I received a heavily damaged and leaking package at the post office. Apparently it had contained 9 bottles. 5 were broken. 4 were intact. I filled in a form on the seller's website, explaining the situation On 10/23/24, I received an apology email, stating that the second package of 9 bottles was "on its way," and requesting photos of the damaged package.Later on 10/23/24 I sent the photos.On 10/25/24 I received an email from the seller, stating that the photos had been sent to their claims department, and restating that the second package of 9 bottles was "making its way" to me.Later on 10/25/24 I requested the tracking number of the second package.On 10/26/24 I summarized the situation, reiterated my request for the tracking number of the second package, and reiterated my request for replacement of the broken ******** of today (10/29/24), I have received no reply.

      I place an order on October 2nd and it's now the end of the month and I still don't have an estimated delivery date. **** is still waiting for the product. No communication from the company

      Ordered on September 11th 2024. Asked for a refund and got no response. Still to this day I have not been able to get a refund or have not received my package.

      I've never received this order .I've contacted them, but they told me, it had shipped. It was ordered on August 24th.
