    I needed hand sanitizer refills for our wall dispensers. The item i clicked on the website has a picture of all 3 items offered from this brand, the hand bottle pumps the wall dispnsers and the wall dispenser refills. I guess this item was for the actual hand pump bottles, so i ordered the wrong type on accident. Not realizing this until the order delivered and we received hand pump bottles and not the refills needed. i advised customer service and was told i cannot return the product and receive a full refund, that i can return and get 50% back. i think this is very unfair and unacceptable customer service, i showed the customer service person the confusing picture online but she still wouldnt process the return for me. I had to place a second order for the correct items and eat the cost on the hand pump bottles.
