    The products are good, but some are mislabeled as made in the *** when they are no longer made in the ***, particularly the Marcal brand 100% recycled tissues. I let them know about the mislabeling but they never fixed it on their website.

    The wheelchair is as expected, but experienced issues with delivery. Received significantly later than expected delivery date. Zero communication after the order was placed. For several days I wasn't able to reach customer service - customer support phone number as well as live chat on the website were not working. Two messages sent via online form were not unanswered. Finally, after sending email directly to the customer support email (not through the form on your site) things got expedited (thanks ***!) and we received the wheelchair. Even than, order status on the website wasn't accurate.

    The chair was affordable. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable. Was a little thrown off by the color of the chair; I ordered gray, but it's like a tweed of black, white and gray threads.
