  In addition to filing this CPP Diesel review here, I have filed a report to the Federal Trade Commission, as I recommend everyone do, who has had money taken by this company. The Pennsylvania State Attorney General is my next stop to file a report, as it should be yours if this company has stolen your money. To protect future consumers, this company must be shut down and the only way to achieve this is our collective effort reporting what has taken place to every agency who will listen to our stories. I purchased a 12 valve Cummins conversion ready takeout engine on 5 Nov, 2023 for $6,100 dollars, utilizing Affirm's buy now pay later option. I paid in full shortly after. A week later after no response to multiple emails, I called CPP Diesel and finally got to speak to ***** (the owner). My goal was to find out when the engine was estimated to ship. He initially would not give me any kind of estimation, claiming it was impossible to do, so I asked how long other customers have had to wait. Finally got him to review his customer records (or at least pretend to) and he said the wait is about 2 to 3 months, on average, based on recent past performance. He claimed his business delivers hundreds of this engine and I am in a long waiting line. It has now been almost 3 months since I made the purchase. I have not heard anything since I last spoke to ***** on Nov 27, 2023. I strongly believe ***** has taken my money with no intention of delivering product. I recommend not doing any kind of business with his company on any level for your own protection.

  Never received product from CPP Diesel and will not refund after 8 months without delivery and promising delivery each month. Do not conduct any business with this company

  I placed an order worth roughly $5,500 back in April and still have no turbo to show for it. CPP has been giving me the run around telling me the turbo is on backorder, but I have talked to the manufacture, ATS, directly and they told me their turbos are in fact in stock and ready to ship. CPP will not answer my phone calls or emails. I was originally told my order would take 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled and it is now going on 8 weeks. It would be one thing if the turbo actually was on backorder at ATS, but it is not. I do not appreciate being lied to and strung along for weeks when they clearly spent my money elsewhere and now can't afford to order my turbo in. I would just ask for a refund of my money and just order it directly from ATS because their customer service and logistics is immensely better to work with, but I can't get ahold of anyone at CPP to even ask for my money back. I would leave a negative review on ******* but this business is so awful they don't even have a ****** review option. The way CPP handles business is deplorable and they need shut down immediately,

  This is a warning that I'll be posting in all the of the pages. I don't want anyone to get screwed like I did. The last thing I'd expect is for an LLC'd company to bend me over and screw me out of $1500 but here we are. I ordered a Hamilton cam kit through them that contained a Hamilton 188/220 cam, extreme duty push rods and 103# valve springs. I also purchased a Hamilton cam retainer and scheid VP44 .093 crossover tubes. I ordered all of this on the 10th of May and still have no idea where any of the Hamilton products are. They have yet to provide me with tracking information. My crossover tubes showed up today. Whoopty doo basil. That cover $200 of my $1700 order. Where's the rest of my s**t?? The owner is ducking my calls and their customer service people haven't emailed me since the 26th of may. IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A COMPANY THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT YOU, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! ************ ******* **** ****** ******* ***** ****** ******* *** ******* ****** *********** are all great companies with outstanding customer service! On top of all of that, your order ships in a timely fashion and if there's anything wrong with your order, it will be handled in 24 hours AVOID CPP DIESEL BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS!

  Backorders do happen that are out of our control. We are simply a vendor of products. ****************** has been fully refunded for his order.
