      Not a very good company, don't warranty their stuff and if they do, you have to pay to ship it back? And to get the parts is like pulling teeth, if you even get the right part

      I ordered an expensive part on the phone with a partsgeek agent. There were 5 in stock. My credit card was charged and I received notice I would be informed when it shipped. 4 days later after the weekend I received an email it was out of stock. I called PartsGeek and they said there were 2 in stock and replaced my order. Later that day they sent me notice it was out of stock.Subsequently other sites where I could have ordered the part no longer have the item. When I called PartsGeek the representative chuckled and said they probably sent the part I ordered to someone else who ordered after me.This was rude and the fact they do n ot know what they have which then caused me from being able to order the part elsewhere shows they are not a company to do business with

      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE INTERNET if youre trying to cancel your order! Buyer beware! Somewhere hidden on their website it tells you that you can only cancel an order within 45 minutes of placing it. 99% of companies these days allow an order to be canceled if it hasnt shipped or sometimes processed. Not Parts Geeks! I ordered an alternator on Friday evening. On Saturday morning I worked on mine and discovered I didnt need a new one. So.. I called to cancel my order. It hadnt been taken off the shelf yet, but they refused to cancel it. The first *** said I should have read the policy better before placing my order. His supervisor too stood by the policy and refused to see my point at all. I asked if it made any sense to create work for their warehouse worker, the *** shipping it to the next distribution center, the carriers, the mail carrier, and then do all that in reverse when I return it, PLUS charge me to restock it and I pay to ship it back when they could just press a button to cancel it and maybe satisfy a customer who would return to buy more products if they were treated well. Instead for the cost of a restocking fee, they will definitely lose my potential future business. Congratulations geeks you scammed me out of $25+ bucks and lost a customer for life. Great business model. Maybe review this little start up called ******, I hear they are obsessed with their customers and do everything they can to please them. Crazy concept, I know. Especially when your website claims We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service on the Internet. I understand that best is a relative word, but you should find a new one because what you provide cant be described as best in any definition. Oh, and I went to ship the part back today $60.50 with *** or $55 with ****** so I guess Ill just try to sell it online since I really dont want to pay $85-$90 for a part I dont even have. Yes, I should have read the entire website better!!

      Ordered 1-left and 1-right sway bar I received 2-right received rma# they want me to pay for shipping $25 part is$37 and it's GEEK PARTS fault. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

      Ordered a fuel pump for my Tahoe and it was defective after being installed for a week. They asked me to send a picture of it and I let them know I could not do that because it was installed in the vehicle, but I could send them a video of how it was defective. **************** had me on hold for over an hour so I tried chat and they did not help at all. They wont do a return because I dont have the box, but why would I keep a box from a part I ordered 2 weeks prior. Now I am out over $150. ****************. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      Do not use Parts Geek for your parts needs. I went onto their website to buy a motor/transmission mount kit for my 2017 ***** Cruze. I input all of the requested information they asked for and the site stated the part was right for my car. I read the fitment statements, and they were correct for my car. I received the parts and all were wrong. I contacted them about a return as I had not installed the parts and was directed to a page where I could complete a return. I spent 20 minutes completing the return and was Informed that I would receive a Returned Material Authorization number at the email I have listed with them within 2-4 days. 7 days later, Nothing. I contacted them and they informed me that a return for my items has not been completed on their end. This company has had a history of being unreliable over the years, I thought they might have gotten better but apparently not. I cannot reach any one when calling them, currently I have been on hold for 43 minutes and still no response. They do not call back when you choose the call back option. It seems to me that their return process has been established to benefit the company and not honest end users. I do not recommend using this company for car parts unless you are 100% sure that the parts they are sending are exactly what you are looking for as there is no way to positively benefit from their return process. I have never dealt with an online group who are obviously not concerned about the needs of the end user like this company is. I will never purchase anything from this company again and highly recommend that others considering doing so, search a little more for a more reputable company to do business with. Unless you use the chat function, you will not reach a live person. Seems to me they make it impossible to reach anyone over the phone intentionally so you get frustrated and just give up.

      Horrible experience. Got 2 bad struts. Master mechanic determined. Paid 35 dollars to return one and money to replace really bad strut. Would not return money for one bad strut even when I sent it back. This is the worst scam I've ever encountered.

      Never seen such poor quality parts. Save your money, and buy the good stuff, or not at all, nothing worse than doing the job twice. Bought $300 worth of parts and threw them all in the trash.

      I purchased an alternator for ny truck, which for some reason got held up in the ************** for months. The ************** returned the alternator to Parts Geek. I then asked for a refund. They told me I would not get one because its past 30 days. I then asked would I get my part. The answer was no because it was past 30 days. How does this happen??? $250 gone
