      I ordered brake pads and parts geek never entered my apartment # and ***** dropped package at someone else's door. Now parts geek will not send me another pair of brakes. ITS THERE FAULT!! SO THEY TAKE MY MONEY AND DOESN'T HELP RECOVER WHAT I PAID FOR. STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!

      Do not buy from partsgeek! Ships a week later. Uses **** and you never get it. Doesn't do return. Doesn't refund.

      We apologize is your order might be coming a little late however we cannot control the services of the carriers. Ground orders are usually delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Some orders may take longer than 7 days. Truck freight orders are usually delivered in 7-12 business days. All truck freight deliveries will be scheduled through the shipping carrier with the customer and need a valid daytime phone number. We do not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

      Terrible Im gonna have to bring my attorney into this they sold me defective parts and could of cost me my family and kids or someone else on the road our lifes do not buy from this half rate company

      Worst experience ordering parts online ever! I ordered a gas cap for my 2007 ***************** after getting an error code for a fuel leak. Parts Geek sent me the wrong gas cap and refused to send me the correct part or send me a pre paid mailing label. I was also on hold for over an hour trying to rectify the situation. This company is a total scam. They should be put out of business.

      Avoid these guys like the plague!!! Not only are they incompetent but their customer service managers are total a$&holes. They shipped the wrong parts (Sequoia taillights instead of Suburban headlights) to my 83 year old dad and when he tried to return them for the correct item they said,Tough luck, no returns after 30 days. You shouldve looked in the box sooner, then they hung up. My dad didnt open the box sooner because he lives in the mountains of ******* and its been snowing/freezing weather for a month and he wanted to change them out when it was warmer. Any reputable business takes accountability for their mistakes, these guys are a bunch of scammer clowns, take your business anywhere but Parts Geeks.

      They gave me a fraudulent address for my return and ******** is returning it because I followed their institutions to a tee. When I was ordering they always called back within 10 minutes. Now they won't at all. I'll obviously have to file a complaint with the ****************** Attorney General to start along with copies of the return address they gave me. It's blatant fraud.

      Ordered rear control arms for my ****** Crosstrek never received them can't get a hold of a human that works for PartsGeek been on the phone for 2 hours never returned my phone call can't can't cancel the order cuz I never received it they got $150 this morning and there's nothing I can do about it I'll never use this company again

      Their site says, "******************* selling parts since 2008" and also says "We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service on the Internet." I no longer believe either of those self-proclaimed statements. I ordered two headlight assemblies. The first part of the experience was perfectly fine. Ordering was easy and the shipping was on time. When the boxes arrived, there was no visible damage to the boxes. When I opened the box, the parts were damaged.I thought, no big deal, I am sure Parts Geek will pay for the return and send me new ones. I was wrong on both accounts. They will let me return them, but I must pay for the shipping, which cost me $125. To add insult to injury, they said I can order new headlight, but that they will not pay for the replacement shipping to send them to me and would charge $35 for shipping. No offer of a discount. No mention of trying to make this right. Horrible customer service I thought I was saving money using Parts Geeks, but by the time had to pay $160 shipping of broken parts, that was not my fault, I paid triple the cost of what I thought I was saving. I recommend you pay a little extra and use a company that doesn't charge you for return shipping if the part is defective or broken. Buyers beware. Parts Geek has lost my business for life.

All returns are freight prepaid by the customer.

      Parts Geek is a bunch of crooks. Took months to get a refund and then they shorted me. Lots of BS. Never a straight answer. Parts Geek is a rip off do not buy from them. Now I am sure there so called customer service will have more lies to answer this.
